To dry figs the traditional method is the most natural one: just leave them in the sun (for example on the balcony) for at least three days. The important thing is that the air is not excessively humid. This is why September is certainly the best time to prepare dried figs, to be stored and enjoyed as soon as they are ready, even throughout winter.

میں نے پہلی دفعہ گھ میں انجیر کا پودا لگایا ہے اس میں دو عدد انجیر لگی ہیں۔ اسکو کیسے میں محفوظ کروں۔ اور کیا طریقہ کرو کی اس پر زیادہ انجیر لگے۔ اور لگی ہوئی انجیر کب اتارنی چاہیے
