Out of all the best steakhouses in Las Vegas, THE Steak House in Circus Circus is often touted as the best. Circus Circus THE Steak House and the Golden Steer Steakhouse are both the oldest steakhouses in Vegas and also often regarded as the best steakhouses in Vegas, and also I didn't mistype! The Circus Circus steakhouse is literally called THE Steak House! It is really a diamond in the rough, as it is located in probably the most family friendly and least pretentious casino hotel in Vegas in Circus Circus. It's located on a floor also next to a bunch of fast food restaurants, like Popeye's and Krispy Kreme, but they say it's awesome!
As Golden Steer technically is a block off strip, that would arguably make Circus Circus' THE Steak House the best steakhouse on the Vegas strip! The fact that it has such a humble location really speaks volumes to how they must be great to have kept so many customers. Let's see if this is indeed one of the best steaks in Vegas!

Had a really great time at The Steakhouse with you UA! Lots of fun. Thanks for having me!
Really cool collab!
Subscribed to UA as a result of this collab. Shin, you’re the finest restaurant reviewer in Vegas.
I love hearing shin explain what the food taste like.He really knows food and is very professional
i watch both of you and it's wild to see the two of you together!!
Hell Yeah! Way Cool!
Wait...
Sameeee
#1. Ok y'all left my stomach growling with all the close ups of the steaks 😂 #2. Absolutely loved Shin. Awesome verbiage & personality. You almost wanna give the big lug a hug. 😂 Very eloquent fella.
So cool to see you together. ❤
It blows my mind that Circus Circus actually has a decent restaurant. The hotel/casino has been a dump since the 70’s.
This was a great collaboration. I genuinely appreciate the high level of detail in your review- even "dissecting" (no pun intended) the grill marks on the steak. The wedge salad looked pretty substantial too. Glad you enjoyed the meal!
Honest reviews with these guys. Makes sense. I hate when people immediately say “mmmmm” while taking the first chew of food. Shin and U.A. Definitely won’t sugarcoat any of the dishes! I’m looking forward to this.
Hope you enjoyed it! Yeah I've watched many of his vids and felt we would work well together
You have to warn.
Reservation Only.
It's not tough to get one.
They do NOT take walk-ins.
My favorite restaurant in VEGAS...
Nice Video Guy. Shin is well spoken. He knows his food and shares your passion UA .That onion soup is to die for. We were in Vegas last year and visited Circus Circus. Didn't get to go to
The Steak Restaurant . We decided on the Golden Steer and love it. All the best UA and Shin from Jim and Harriet
10/10 collab
Thank you!
I have traveled the USA for business for over 40 years & Las Vegas was always a trade show location required by such travel. In my opinion, The Sreak House in Circus Circus HAS always been among the MOST premier steak houses in Vegas. Value & quality, this location is among the best!. Enjoyed your vidieo presenation & Shin's imput! Thank you for sharing!
It and Golden Steer are hands down my favorite steakhouses in Vegas
That bone-in rib eye looked amazing.
Loved your collab! You two are enthusiastic and fun. I wish you could review more places together.
As a Patriots fan i can safely say that everyone is Eagles fans on Sunday! Fly Eagles Fly!
Let's go birds! We're winning!
It is interesting how their review on Shin's channel leaned toward Shin's personality style,.....while their review on UA's channel showed more of UA's personality.
That’s logical.
I was there in 2008. I food, service, and atmosphere are above and beyond. Remember no reservations. Arrive at 4pm open, and enjoy the great Happy Hour!
I can't believe they included the asparagus with the steaks! Such a good deal! 👍🏾
I would go to Vegas twice a year for about 15 years to attend a trade show. I made sure every trip to go to the steakhouse. I used to stay at the Riveria across the street. Glad you guys checked it out.
This was a GREAT collab. I really enjoy Shin's commentary - you two compliment each other well.
Very cool to see you two together.
Glad you enjoyed it! It was a great meal and great to have Shin's insights as a Vegas expert
Bravo! This is THE steakhouse I grew up going to. It was home for our fancy family dinners in the 80s and 90s. The entrance and red booths are completely the same. We ate and then I got $20 to go play in the arcade by myself while my parents hit the casino. Unbelievable, right? 😂 The Circus Circus was my favorite place on the planet as a kid.
UA + Shin...Now THAT'S Culinary Review Epicurean Synergy!👏👍
It's awesome to see you guys doing a video!!
Thanks!
Awesome review, UA. I really enjoyed your collaboration with Shin, and I subscribed to his UA-cam as well. Wishing you and Tina a great rest of your weekend
Thank you! Hope you have a great weekend too!
Hey UA, if your a French Onion soup fan I heartily recommend “Arthur’s Tavern” in Morris Plains NJ. It’s of top notch quality in flavor served in an old style croc. The wife and I order the soup well done so the cheese is burnt. Unbelievably prepared soup. While there I recommend the Delmonico cut steak, medium rare of course. They also have birch beer on tap if you like. I also refrain from alcohol.
Been to that location but usually the one in Hoboken!! Boy do I miss the place. Now in LA 😢
Thanks for the rec! I'll definitely look into it!
The crossover I never knew I wanted! Great vid
Two of my favorite reviewers. Good to see and hear you together!
That wedge salad actually looked good for once
You two looki ' like you're having a great time! I'm so glad i caught this vid!!
Great review, UA! You and Shin work great together. I really enjoyed your collaboration. Keep up the great work!
At approximately the 18:00 minute mark, WTF comes shooting out of Shins mouth? His teeth?😂😂😂
A couple of my favorites collabing is a wonderful thing to see in my subscription box! Love this collab please do again in the future!
My parents that used to got Vegas once a month in the 1960’s said Circus Circus had the best restaurant run by Cubans that fled the revolution. They said back then not everything had to turn a profit like it is today.
Excellent video, gents. Very much enjoyed the contact and, yes, the steakhouse is easily one of the top steakhouses in all of Vegas.
I love your reviews ❤
Thank you!
Safe to say UA should do MORE collabs! This was great!
Thanks for the feedback! This was the first ever collab I've ever done. Glad you enjoyed it and perhaps I can look into doing more!
Good collab tho when i saw u were in vegas i was gonna mention shin...bc he is a king
I don’t think your steak was “Dry aged”. The asparagus was “tacky” if you didn’t order it.
It would be good if you tagged Shin's channel in the description or title. Makes it easier for us to find him to check out his content. Unless I missed it somehow.
Especially when Shin tagged him in his latest video.
Shin normally orders a ton. He took it easy on you. Good video
That prime ribs looks awful.
I was at Shin's channel and loved the collaboration. decided to watch your video as well. Naturally, I liked and subscribed. love the channel thanks
It might not be the best steak but this is definitely the greatest video collaboration
Awesome, that looks much better than the Gallaghers video you just did over on Shin's channel!! Food and value is amazing! Thanks
Circus circus is my favorite place to stay, the rooms are crazy cheap per night and they have a roller coaster. 🤣
The amusement park looked pretty fun!
Been at The Steak House about 15 times!
It was outstanding every visit.
Worth the money.
Loved your collaboration so much !!! I have to ask Shen - did you add the side of sherry to that soup ? And to UA - that Frenh Onion soup looks like the best version I have ever seen YUM !!! Thanks guys !!!
Your review was so in-depth! Love it! ♥️♥️♥️
I would 100% pick this as my first restaurant to go to. Incredible value for the amount of food.
I LOVE when UA-camrs collaborate! Thanks for doing this. ❤👍🏻
Glad we were able to meet up!
This only happens with certain genres and I love it too. In the spiritual community you don’t see this happening
Keep up the good work, UA! Enjoyed the review and especially appreciated the pan thru their wine list. Thanks so much.
Was waiting for these two to kiss … the tension was real 😂
Great collaboration
The sitting so close together is hilarious 😂. I know its required due to camera angle but it looks really intimate ❤. Love you wild, cool, buff cowboys 🤠
Subscribed to both of you
Curb the redundant "like" in you narrative.
Buttering that bread seems like something an alien would do.
Great review guys 👍
My wife and I really enjoyed THE Steakhouse both times we went there. Unfortunately, by the second time we went they discontinued "fries our way" which were french fries fried in duck fat. So decadent! It's good value for a steakhouse considering sides are included. I really enjoyed the flavour imparted by the mesquite charcoal.
crossover of the year
my advice when going to a steak house. bring your own stash of corse sea salt. or a flake salt. a few pieces/bite really amps up the flavor
Such a great colab!! Love Shin and hope you do more together! I just was bummed you didn't get any dessert!
We'll have to get dessert next time!
because he was in vegas
Fantastic!
That wedge salad is perfect
Finally got there 2 yrs ago...hard to convince ppl to go when they hear circus circus...food was great...also had the prime rib. Charcoal pit steak is a throwback to the 50s guys. Rare to see now. Though Webers grill in Chicago does same in webers kettle grills
Nice review guys!
Two giants of food reviews !
UA l love your videos ❤ could you do a seafood video in the near future, your always doing steak try seafood thx
He has a shellfish allergy, so it's understandable if he tends to avoid seafood houses.
I can't eat shellfish but I do love fish. Would sushi interest you?
@@uaeats. Yes please ❤
I went there with my dad in the early 90's. The special you just ate, all of it per person
was $12.99 if you were renting a room. Looks the exact same.
Love the collaboration with Shin. Perhaps she can appear in another video in Vegas.
I enjoyed your video, but you spend too much time discussing the bread.
But it looked yummy, and with the sides included, it looked like a good deal.
I had to pause and comment - that wine list is very mediocre. For a high end restaurant, it's trash. It might work for a casual premium chain, but you can tell not much effort has gone into that wine program - if any at all, lol.
Guys - you should know by now, the correct way to eat bread at a table is to first break the bread, then butter the inside.
The other guy is good but I am a traditionalist. I like my UA with no sides.
Love you guys! Continue to do your thing!
great steak. weird walking out of the the steak house feels weird because circus circus is such a different atmosphere
Went to eat my first high end steakhouse there. Waiter shared lots of stories with us about many famous people going there! Definitely delicious ❤
I was there once and they were awesome. I'm a medium well guy personally,Shin likes it bloody but to each his own of course
they both eat raw below alllowed temperature why not right off the meat market diseases are still there
4:34 thats me on the red scooter! i remember u guys and your cameras!
You guys have no clue...Back before Huge corporations bought all the hotels when they were owned by families, you were able to get Breakfast Steak and Eggs for $1.99 at Arizona Charlies...up and down the strip were Steak and Lobster dinners for $6.99....Downtown the Friday Seafood Buffet extravaganza for $15.99 all the seafood you can eat...At the Golden Gate Hotel downtown was the world famous Shrimp Cocktail in a tall glass with lemon and crackers for 99 cents...The prices now in Las Vegas are sky high...
Well there was way less than a trillion usd in circulation back then and now it's 40 trillion debt lol. I actually can't wait for the tribes to buyout the strip. They will make it great again
@VivaLasVegasX UP your with this great again BS...Shove that and Trump up your azz.
Excellent video guys! I tend to like that charcoal or smoke flavor so this place might be somewhere I’d like to try. That wedge salad also looked pretty good. Hoping to see Shin in NY with you for another collab.
If you like that charcoal/smoke flavor you'll like this place. The aroma is also in the air when in this restaurant
That wedge salad looked amazing. It also proved that you can make most of this stuff at home, although nowadays it might end up being cheaper at a Vegas steak house, which is a depressing thought.
True on cost these days. My concern on the wedge were those bacon bits the hard prepackaged variety? If so that’s a little bit of too bad.
What a dynamic duo!!
Amazing video and a great collab great chemistry
Great colab! Hope to see more!
I'll see what I can do!
I have to agree. This was a very good value for what you received.
When you butter your bread you’d certainly be better off breaking a piece off at a time and butter the piece, not buttering the whole bread…don’t want to be rude, hope you don’t mind….
He is very primitive, should probably stick to McDonald's where he has enough couth.
Nothing wrong with Texas Roadhouse $30 ny strip steak. But if I win over 5k, I’d definitely check this out
Im a Longhorn guy myself.
@@joelashadalimy last Texas Roadhouse steak in Ohio will be my last, never again, hard to believe even a choice cut could be that bad. Was like is this what the chain’s become? I’m out.
@@stevevenn1 I live in LA so I’ve only been to Texas Roadhouse on my way to Vegas. Been about 10 times in the last 5 years and never had a problem. I only get ny strip tho so not sure about other cuts
Congrats on the superbowl win UA, where you eating to celebrate? I feel this win needs an epic philly cheese steak!
6 shrimp for $76 is criminal. How do they get away with that?
UA and Shin... match made in foodie heaven!
Just missing Danny the Medic!
Loved the way shin talked in this video very demure very mindful
Great connect you 2 & reviewing an OG
Ya, Smellovision would motivate me to leave my apartment and track down the smell.
Good video. I started eating at The Steak House when I was in High School back in the early 1970's. I have always enjoyed their steaks.
FYI, Bob Taylor's Ranch House in the NW is the OLDEST steakhouse in Las Vegas. They opened in 1955. Its not fancy at all, but they have great steaks and some excellent prime rib. They have a prime rib deal on Mondays. You should check them out.
I am always amazed that such a good restaurant is in that casino.
I can attest. The Steakhouse is a sleeper hit. One of the better steaks I've had in the US.
Every Steakhouse is a buffet if you're willing to pay
Shin and All You Can Vegas are awesome Vegas channel
GREAT COLAB
I went to both places, and Golden Steer is the one I preferred.
