Love her floral designs, so beautiful! As a floral designer who loves designing with artificial flowers, I can certainly appreciate the fact she too uses artificial flowers. I am definitely going to purchase her book!
There used to be a weird sales associate named Erin O’Neil in the now defunct Soho location who used to brag about stealing from their own store. She worked across the street from our store and she would smoke weed on Wooster Street with her Manager. Bizarre! Hardly chic!
Shabby chic as around long before she was born. Although she is great she’s taking credit for something that has been around for years before she came around
Maybe so, but she is the shabby chic queen! She is the one who really brought it out to the forefront and made it what it is today. She definitely has her own aesthetics. I can appreciate that. My own home isn’t all pastels but I do like her style.
Max Wilson ..... Ha, Shabby Chic was " Quite Lovely " b4 ms Rachel coined the Phrase. I was shabby since 1968. Yes I was. Why ? I liked redoing furniture, partly to see what I could make and partly due to costs. Plus, I did all my own sewing & upholstery and painting too. She's gotten Rich off of Great Marketing, That's All.
Yes, she is a genius marketer and deserves kudos, not jealous comments. She’s given great inspiration to those who may not have thought of the beautiful things they can create from “shabby” items.
Oh wow 😅. ❤ What a beautiful surprise 😍 to see Rachel after a long time.
I did watch every day 😂❤ on tv Rachel A. Shabby Chic ❤ Thanks a lot ❤
Yo sabía que me encantaba las viejas cosas de la casa de mi abuela,aún estubieran restauradas...con Raquel descubrí que amaba lo shabby chic !!

I can't listen to anyone who doesn't like green! She must hate Ireland!
