I loved them in the 80’s and now my daughter loves them in 2024. Timeless
So glad I’ve just seen this. Bought back so many great memories as an 11 year old lad wanting to be Adam Ant. Absolutely fantastic tune this & KOTWF was such a great album
One of my alltime fovourite songs , would play this over & over on my kings of the wild frontier album back in 1980 !
This will have been round about the time I saw them at Newcastle city hall,I,ll have been about 12,my first ever gig,Adam and the ants were class 🎸🤘❤️

This is my all time fav Adam Ant clip. He's totally gorg here the performance is edgy and sexy. The song is fab and Adam pulls a very sexy look with his eyebrows half way thru. MAGIC :)

TeeBee 303 Don’t understand this comment. No disrespect to Adam Ant (who at least brought so something original to the boring pop charts) but all he does is strum a few chords, which is hardly spectacular. The main guitar part is being played by Marco P.

As live bands go, this performance by Adam & The Ants puts them on a par equal to U2 performing Bad live: the chemistry of both bands is spine tingling!

Fuck these guys were so much better live,as evidenced by this performance.Great bass in this,very similar to that of John Springate from The Glitter Band.Hell,the similarities don't end there,watch The Geordie Scene videos of The Glitter Band from 1974,then watch this back to back,very similar,and both fuckin' brilliant artists.Adam should've done more with The Glitter Band after 2010,but at least they finally got together back then.

Is this live or is it a backing track? The guitar is just like on the record, but Adam's vocals are clearly different and the bass seems louder too.
Maybe that's just how good Marco Pirroni was

Per interviews it was partly due to drugs creeping into the band and Adam wasn't having that-also some bandmates seemed unmotivated so I don't blame him for breaking the band up.
The guitar playing actually sounds like real ants!

The pirate look ruined the Ants and after that nobody took them seriously, and ironically Adam took himself far too seriously even if he was pretending not to. Prince Charming is a good album that could have been great, then the shit after that was crap big time, apart from Wonderful in 95 which is a brilliant album, and as for Hussars, eh wtf ? Best music was made with Marco.
Great tune, great music, great drummers, great band, great singer but I prefer the Gary Tibbs ' bass sound ! Unfortunately he wasn't there yet (still with Roxy), what a pity !
Tibbs is a better player than Kevin Mooney, but he is just a session man, not an Antpeople...
