Packing for Arc of Attrition
I am about to run my third Arc of Attrition 100 mile race. Very much looking forward to it. Here's what I'm taking with me.

Good luck on your ultra, I wish I could run such distances but somehow I feel scared, I never passed even the over 14 mile mark... I think I'm a coward... But all the best to you!!!
Did your little bivvy bag pass the kit check as I'm doing this next year and will buy one if it did as it's much lighter than the big orange bags!

Good Luck, you didn’t mention if you were filming with the GoPro fusion 360. Love to see something similar to when you filmed in Chamonix.

How do you deal with threading the caps back on the salomon soft flasks when refilling at aid stations? I always find I get the thread alignment slightly off and end up dumping a load of water over me. I find it's a real time sink trying to line it up correctly, or is it just me being a numpty?

Hi Stephen, was the backup torch requirements for 2019 different to 2022? The Petzl e+Lite you mention is 30lm but they are asking for both head torches to be a minimum of 100lm this year. Like you I have the Nao+ and e+Lite.
Mmmm may well be different then yes. You will definitely need more than one battery for your Nao+ though. 13 hours of darkness
The light I currently use as Back Up is the Petzl Bindi which is 200 lumens. That’s the one you want
