In order to save their school after it turns into a massive demonic castle, two "Demon Hunter" sisters slash and shoot their way through this 2D action adventure. Players can swap between control of both characters on the fly, each with entirely different skillsets.
Take control of both the tag-team Kamizono siblings. Make the most of long-distance focused Shinobu and close-range brawler Maya Kamizono as you make your way through the castle.
Each sibling has a range of unique sub-weapons, giving you a wealth of options to switch your strategy up whenever the time calls for it. Don’t hesitate to make use of them so long as you have Weapon Points in stock!
In the event that one of the siblings falls in battle, they can be resuscitated freely with "Sister Rescue"-provided you can make it back to where they fell.

Never played gunvolt all the way through. This game has you go through all the stages AND boss fights again. It’s not a gauntlet like MegaMan.

My sister and I loved Curse of the Moon, so we enjoyed playing this game in 2 player mode. We unlocked the ending with collecting 3 parts, but I don't know what the other options might be. Something about bunny girls? Lol wut.

I bought it on Switch, so co-op is pretty easy. But my sister and I had also played Curse of the Moon 2 on both Steam and Switch.
We collected those 3 parts, so we got an ending where the 6 characters from the base helped us out during the final fight. The achievement called it a true ending, but we didn't realize it when we found those parts lol
I also didn't realize this was supposedly a spin off of an existing series tbh. I just thought it was from the makers of the Curse of the Moon series, and we loved those two games. I liked how moves in this game resembled Curse of the Moon 1 and 2 moves (like penguin comparable to Alfred's ice, etc.)
I just added this game to my wishlist. I like it.👍

This game is set after the second galgun game (Do not confuse it with Gal Gun 2, yes Gal Gun 2 is actually the third game) so it makes me wonder if the MC or the second game is paired with anyone
I have no idea how the Gal Gun timeline or series works so I'll just take your word for it
This game looks like Bloodstain but more anime. Turn out it was created by IntiCreates, make sense.
Edit: Also the bosses' desperate attack is a nice recall to Bloodstain

It didn't go down by moving, but it came out while standing. How do you do that?
Jumping down the platform? Just hit down and jump. Make sure to stop firing though. You can’t do any actions while shooting as shinobu

This game so easy?
That's Maya is physical attack and Shinobu is Long ranged attack.
I found power ups that made them look strong and memorized patterns. The only “easy boss” is the knight
I kinda beg to differ. I found Clockwork Angel to be pretty damned easy. Not that I am finished with the game quite yet because Kurona round two is a nightmare for a smooth brain like me who can't imprint information unless it directly relates to whatever indentured servitude I am in to pay the bills
First fight is Kurona and You're back to start over to Castle and you fight for boss by second chance.
That's pretty easy.
and that's the reason kurona does not deserve to be a villain in the sequel...
my recomendations for future final bosses:
fawful, the master crown's soul, galacta knight, pizahead from pizza tower, a kirby final boss, gore magala, xehanort, the heartless, bowser, dracula, and finaly, SEPHIROTH!!!
Give me Dracula and I'm all set!
in PSO2 the final boss is Shiva and TRUE Final Boss is Primordial Darkness.

It has to do with the candies you get for fighting bosses, replay some levels, refight some goons, and the option will be there
