Low on supplies. Low on man power. Unable to maintain its eastern front. Diverting much need resources into a desperate offensive. Creating a "bulge" they don't have the resources to maintain. I fear history will repeat itself when the bulge is crushed and the loss of the resources wasted in its creation will accelerate the collapse of their eastern line of contact.
