It is a cool mod I have used it for story games mostly but there is a big drawback as it causes your input latency/lag to double which can be noticeable in fps games especially
make sure your gpu isn't getting maxed out. have it at most at 95% usage and not more. this will remove the input lag by a lot. you also need to use a frame limiter with this software and the best one to use are in--game frame limiters which have the least amount of latency. if an in-game frame limiter is not available, you can use nvidia control panel or amd software or RTSS to limit the frames however this does add a lot of input lag.
@@keyzeyy1958 limiting your framerate increases latency. doesn't matter if it's in game limiting or third party limiting. do not spread misinformation.
@@chrls5559 This is a common misconception. You can search here on youtube on how frame limiters can improve latency by removing the render queue of the cpu to the gpu. This is most important with frame generation like lossless scaling where it's only temporal and has the disadvantage of having quite a bit of latency. Limiting the frames can help remove the load on the gpu thus decreasing the render queue which in turn decreases the latency by a huge margin. I hope this helped.
You can't realistically use this on any competitive title such as Call Of Duty, Fortnite, Apex Legends etc. It causes lag and major latency. I would only use this on a story mode gamemode.
Well maybe not the frame gen as it's known to do that, but the upscaling has no such issues. Only the expected artifacts that come from upscaling itself.
Input latency is not an issue with this method of frame generation, as the standard frames of input still occur on the normal frequency;however, some gpus take longer to render the captured video tho creating latency. Purely based on hardware
remember lossless scaling do not know what is the hud and what inst the hud, so it creates "artifacts" that make your game look really strange if you dont know anything about lossless scaling you gotta search about it
latest update to Lossless Scaling 2.10.1, the developers have addressed the issue of HUD (Heads-Up Display) artifacts in games. This was a known problem in previous versions of Lossless Scaling, where the upscaling algorithm would sometimes cause visual artifacts or distortions on in-game HUD elements, such as health bars, mini-maps, or text overlays. According to user reports and reviews, the latest update has largely resolved this issue, and HUD elements are now rendered correctly and without artifacts in most games. This is a significant improvement, as it means that gamers can enjoy the benefits of Lossless Scaling's upscaling technology without compromising on the visual fidelity of in-game HUD elements. It's worth noting that the fix for HUD artifacts is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and some games may still exhibit minor issues. However, the overall consensus is that Lossless Scaling 2.10.1 has made significant strides in addressing this problem, and the majority of users are no longer experiencing HUD artifacts. If you're still experiencing issues with HUD artifacts in a specific game, it's always a good idea to check the game's compatibility with Lossless Scaling, as well as any specific settings or workarounds that may be required to resolve the issue.
Try Special K limiter very recommended for Frame-Gen technology use frame pace + auto bias sync which is brilliant V-sync for monitor and no V-sync for input so you will have fast input delay and smooth image not like the regular V-sync, Btw great video
DISCLAIMER: Using x3 fg you will notice some distortions around the screen, I believe this could be prevented by vsync. Also keep in mind that when you use fg there is input lag, you get more of it the more you multiply your fps

it decreases??? I don't know why that is sorry :( try in the settings to make it specifically target the display your using.
as for you enjoying it more at 24 fps, I've heard many people say the same it's genuinely personal preference, I tend to like using it for everything I watch now but people have told me they enjoy watching movies how they were intended to look.
Is there a tuto for linux?
You shouldn't be using Linux if you can't google something or try compatibility layers
I did it on dark souls 3 but the latency and delay are insane 😭 you have any solution to solve.this latency
@@AliFindsGadgets Hey! Hmm.. only reason you run into latency is when your actual FPS before frame gen is below 40* ish.
I would recommend these for least latency:
Performance mode on
Allow tearing
Use X2 mode, not X3.
If ur nvidia gpu, go into control panel and turn on the setting for better latency (forgot what its called lol but cuts ur latency in half for input in most cases though most ppl dont notice it)
@@jekburri goddamn thanks dude i really appreciate your help
@@jekburriDid you add the games short cut or lossless scaling short cut to enable low latency mode?
it seems that on the video u can get it to full screen I want to use this for xenia does anyone know if i can still get fullscreen
@@gamezlockedz1530 works with anything. Yes that will work. The reason you see the black box around the game centered is because i have fsr scaling OFF, if you turn that on it will do as you wish
@@jekburri Can u still have fsr scaling on and have frame generation on at the same time to get rid of the black borders ?
@@gamezlockedz1530 Yes you can use both at the same time :) as for the black borders, they shouldn't show up if you have the game window maximized.
It taked the resolution of your window and centers it on your screen with/without scaling turned on
Just change the scaling mode from aspect ratio to fullscreen
Linux support please?
IIRC gamescope already has it built-in
Hey, I saw in a previous video of yours you were using this program on SPT EFT. I was wondering if this'd work on live EFT against real players. Thanks.
I play live live/spt EFT with it all the time, haven't gotten banned yet! Lots of people say you risk getting banned but I've been using it with EFT for quite a while now. I guess use at your own risk! But yeah this works with anything, even watching youtube videos or movies :)
nice, what about valorant?
i wonder could this work on vr 🤔
I was skeptical about this too, theoretically it *could work in the near future
Can this work for the sims 4
@@Gemmawardsfan As the title says, works with any game. 😄 *for as long as it's not exclusive fullscreen.
Does it work with battlefield 1?
works with any game man
it works with literally anything that has motion in it. Even live streams.
How to get it for free?
you cant
As he said, you can't. Usually I am all for pirating software but for this one I'd say please support the developer. It's only 8.99 too... and with it's gains in recent popularity I can see this being 30$ in the near future which will suck!
@@jekburri nah they wont make it 30$, if they do people will hack their software way more often

Roblox moderation is EXTREMELY weird so could i get banned if do it ?
What i know it doesnt do anything to game files or anything like that so i dont think you will get banned i tried it in roblox a bit not a lot but didnt get banned but i advice to search about it
@@HetPorototo you are completely safe using this program for Roblox, or any other game. I assure you of that. :)
Ok thanks for the answers ! (Roblox only bans exploiters for 1 day anyway lol (and some ppl are getting ban for weeks for saying "g"))

I think you should active windows
mine broke after 3 days
Just use magpie instead
You wont see diffrence no matter what you do because youtube allows max 60fps.
@@rPenek I know, thats what I said in the vid. I locked the game to 30 and 20 for this exact reason lol
That’s why he put his game to 30 and 20 frames
nice, wish i could buy it :(
it's only 8 bucks!!!
@@jekburri 8 bucks is actually 440 for me in my currency 😭
So it's almost worthless for games.
If and most people can play something like minecraft at 60fps how is lossless helpful
@@aaronshaw22 what? 🤣
This is why I capped my framerate to show and prove how frame gen works 😋
I am fully aware that my system can play minecraft.
@@jekburri sorry I should of phrased it better, what I meant is can it go above the monitor refresh rate or will that cause screen tearing etc like for example I have a 240hz monitor, does it mean I would have to cap the game at 120fps to use the 2x scaling
@@aaronshaw22 No worries! Sorry I didn't understand.
Ahh I see what your saying now. Yes, you can use X2 at 120 lock to reach your monitors refresh rate of 240hz, or you can use X3 from 80 FPS to 240 if the game is more demanding.
As for screen tearing, you can turn v-sync on and you won't notice it as much but you will almost always notice artifacts as these are fake frames and not real ones. Obviously the higher FPS, the less you will notice so for your sake with a 240hz monitor it should be painless and a joy to use! :)
Lemme know if that made sense/helped or whatever. I use this to reach my monitors 165hz and I don't notice any input lag/tearing at all!
whaaaaaaaaaat u can use it even to watch movies? the heeeeck

@@cheesewizvevo oh man really? Sorry man :( That's wild though, I am curious as to why? What are your specs? My guess is you either don't have a gpu, dont have a good enough one, or your cpu is very old.
@@jekburri yea I use a really bad laptop
Sup bro, for permanant free windows liscence download MAS script ;)
@@szshz those MAS/KMS key activators are injected with malicious code. There's a popular vid on youtube where a forensic analyzes the code + reverse engineers it and found malicious key loggers etc. Scary stuff, especially because I used to use those myself.
@@jekburri damn bro what the hell
my problem is here . that you allready had the game 60. so you showed how you reach what u allready got.
??? Sorry I do not understand.
I had the game locked at 30 FPS then frame generated X2 to 60 FPS.
Then I had the game locked at 20 FPS then frame generated X3 to 60 FPS.
If you mean that my computer is fully capable of reaching my target framerate, yes you are correct. But this works for those who cannot reach their target framerate as well, this is why I made this test video to display locked lower fps and then show how it looks once I apply frame generation.
Hope that helps
