Meet The Puebla - A V.cribbiana Species of Vanilla From The Veracruz Region of Mexico

This is a vanilla bean you have to see to believe. The species, V.cribbiana, only grows in Guatemala and Mexico currently. It's the biggest, little bean you've ever seen. Full of rich vanillin oil and plump with caviar, this bean will create an amazing extract, sweet vanilla sugar, unique vanilla paste and much more. For extracts almost any spirit will do. Bourbon, vodka, rum, brandy, cognac and even tequila can be explored.
In the batch we have in this video, 13 beans made up an ounce, so you should expect to get anywhere from 10-16 beans/oz.
