I used too live in Liberal when I was a kid I moved too Texas when I was and that was around March of 2002 , I’ve always wanted too go back and check out my old house
I lived there too and we moved to Omaha Nebraska in 2003 🤣 I live in Philly now

Greetings from a California guy in El Paso, Texas. I'm heading to Liberal tomorrow night. What is the town like socially? I know its predominantly Hispanic/Mexican. What are some good authentic Mexican restaurants? Are there any decent motels?

It's actually too conservative! Trust me, I was born and raised there!
It's name is liberal because the first settlers there were very liberal in sharing the water. I was born and raised there and the people are definitely more conservative.
I dont think there are hardly any places in western Kansas that are prodominatedly liberal. Even on the easten side of the state where I live, Topeka, it is very conservative
