    Hiking around 3to 5 eat dinner and relax watch one movie and go to bed around 9-930Pm. Wake up around 6am have breakfast stretching and shower. Good to ready to work over and over each day!!!

    Lots of good tips here although Huberman would never tell you to drink coffee first thing in the morning.

      If I’m not mistaken, After 1 hour that you are awake you can take a coffee

    We leave the house at 645. The sun rises as im driving my kid to school and is fully up when im walking into work at 8. Sunlight first thing in the AM is impossible with a 8-430 job. I listened to the sleep episode and huberman said being in the car doesn't really count bc of the windows :/
