I would definitely wait for the 2022 model in the us. I own a 2020 GT2 AWD in federation orange. I love it but, if I didnt own one at this point I would wait for the new one just for the quilted seats and the newer infotainment screen.
I'm so torn on these cars. I really want one and I too would want to wait for the new interior upgrades. (I'm in a lease until 2022 anyway) But the deals you can get on these cars are hard to ignore. Even now the 2021's are at 42k for a GT2, MSRP is $50k minimum! You can also bet there will still be brand new 2021's available when the new ones land in 2022 and if they're anything like 40k for a GT2 you could save $10k on the newer model. It's a no brainer. They're fantastic cars. The Federation orange is beautiful!
@@Freddyg304 car payments always very from person to person. It mostly depends on the downpayment and financed price. Which finance has to do with your credit score and history, basically alot of shit goes into it

I hate to say it but you obviously aren't overly familiar with the car. It doesn't have a 12 speaker Bose sound system. It's 15 speakers and Harman kardon that's a massive difference that salesperson should definitely know about
I got 2019 base awd and love it they offered me a 2021 gt1 awd with a reasonable lease agreement trying to decide if I should buy my 2019 or get the upgraded 2021 GT1 ahhhhh!!!!!
The 2019-21 GT1 is better than the 2022 GT1. They’ve taken away many options to further separate it from the GT2. Still a fantastic car !!

There is always something to wait for... I bought this exact car. No regrets. Deals are too good at the moment.

Go for a '22 if you can! The upgrades are HUGE
