I have a question for you. If you wanted to buy a one acre lot and put a smaller house on that lot could you do that.
1 acre, 3000+ sq ft homes, A rated school system and close proximity to the highway and bigger cities! It’s definitely affordable, but affordability is different for every family and situation! You can get the same thing 100k cheaper further out with lower rated schools 🏫
