@@terryduckworth5105 Unless you work yourself to exhaustion, which will have an impact after sleeping the next day, there's no real proof that "going to the gym" actually helps you sleep. Look up any research studies about it and you'll just find inconclusive results. It depends on the person; some people pass out reading while others (like me) would stay for days until they got a headache or passed out due to exhaustion if they were trying to use reading as a sleep aid.
Generally speaking, a basic workout is healthy, but going to the gym is a waste of money. You can find everything you need to do a basic regime of callisthenics at home without paying for the rip off gym fees.

Love 💕 the fbi files keep them coming, watching all the way from Barbados 🇧🇧 🇧🇧, wishing everyone a blessed prosperous 2022 and beyond , I believe they have thousands of episodes about the fbi files , so why not upload it once everyday or at least 3-4 times out of the week instead of once every week, great episode though I enjoyed this one.

For some reason Michael Habicht, James Murphy and Michael McNaught's real names were used but the other three robbers had their names changed. They were actually James Melvin, Patrick Nee and Robert Joyce. As for sentence updates:
•James Michael Murphy Jr.: released from prison in 2023. His release date was originally for 2050 but I assume he got out on compassionate release.
•Michael Habicht: Released in 2007 after serving 15 years of a 19 year sentence
•Michael McNaught: doesn't show up in inmate search, presumably released and sent back to Ireland as he was a supposed member of the IRA and illegally in the country
•James Francis Melvin (name changed to Fred Rogan): Released in April 2000 after serving 8 years of a 10.5 year sentence
•Robert Emmett Joyce (name changed to Carl Tucker): Released in April 2003 after only 11 years despite getting either 22 or 19 years (sources vary)
•Patrick Nee (name changed to Steven Fitzpatrick): Released in April 2000 along with James Melvin after serving 8 years of a 10.5 year sentence
I may have found the real name of the late informant called Steve Farrell but cannot confirm. I'm also positive Greg Hicks and Richie Harold were also aliases.

This was many, many years ago. I'm sure there was prison reform in place. Today, it seems to non-Amerians, like myself, that US prisons don't do much to reform prisoners. They just lock them up and throw away the keys. The recidivism rates are high because jail wardens are poorly educated and paid and often former army guys, who view prisoners as the enemy. An interesting fact is that where I live, ex-army are not offered such work due to their combative styles. Investing in jail programmes and staff training just might help your reoffending rates.

If the FBI were "the real deal" themselves they wouldn't involve civilians at all... Why not take the armored drivers' places for a few weeks?

I don't know if you could call these "professional" robberies. If an occupational health and safety officer had seen how they were double handling those bags of cash and not using the correct lifting techniques they would have been shut down after the first job.

It is the exact same as the town. The town is literally based on Boston armored car robberies and it's based off of anyone doing them and actually it's pretty much like all the things they did in the movie they picked right off of this episode even down to the duck taping the sleeves and pants and timing and the whole entire thing. I believe the town is really based off these guys wow

Why Tucker did not question Farrell? If I'm Tucker ima ask Farrell point blank... Look me in my eyes, are you working with any Law Enforcement? Are you wearing a Wire? What is the name of your family member that drives the truck? Tucker acted as if he knew Farrell for YEARS.... Tucker can't be that Foolish and that easily sucked in after having pulled off multiple million dollar Armor Car Heist.... Something this show not telling us...
