Thank you very much for your kind words Peter, they are very much appreciated. This season, I have tried to give people an idea of what the river and weather conditions were, as well as the rod length and the line/ poly tip/ tippet and fly, used by the angler. When I am fishing, I use Loop 7X rods of varying lengths, according to the height of the river. I use a variety of Loop Classic and other Loop reels, some specifically for their sound but always for their performance, their drag systems are outstanding. I use a mixture of Loop and Rio lines, assorted polytips, I always use Maxima nylon, generally the ultra green, due to our incredibly clear water and the flies that I use, are mostly tied by me. I hope that answers your question Peter.
Another bar of silver Cameron. These are beautiful fresh fish straight off the tide. One of these days I will have to come up and visit you Cameron and sample the great fishing you have on the Ness.
I couldn’t agree more Brian, they really are beautiful fresh fish. All our fishing is let through FishPal Brian, Ally Ker will advise you if there are dates available. Thanks once again for your kind words, I really appreciate them.
