Isi/non isi pipes തമ്മിൽ നല്ല വ്യത്യാസം ഉണ്ട്. കാഴ്ചയിൽ thickness, shining എന്നിവ കൂടുതൽ ആയിരിക്കും, non isi aayi compare ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ isi ക്ക് weight കൂടുതൽ ആയിരിക്കും.
മാത്രമല്ല, ISI pipe nte recipe density oru particular range ല് ആയിരിക്കും, അതിൽ lead free stabilizer ആയിരിക്കും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്, അത് കൂടാതെ പരസ്യ പെടുത്താൻ സാധിക്കാത്ത പല വ്യത്യാസങ്ങളും അതിലുണ്ട്.
ഇത് കൂടാതെ എല്ലാ ബാച്ച് isi pipe കളും set of test കൾക്ക് വിധേയം ആയതിനു ശേഷമാണ് despatch section ലേക്ക് പോകുന്നത്.
ഈ പറഞ്ഞ ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ upvc, cpvc, scheduled pipes, casing pipes etc.. and fittings ന് എല്ലാം bhadhakam ആണ്.

Best if we have budget usr cpvc pipe for entire water line and pvc pipe drainage line. It gives more mechanical strenght and long life.Mlc and ppe pipe line good for high pressure line.
Good video 👍 but some additional points
1. The main reason for rate difference between isi and non isi pipe is addition of fillers most commonly used filler is Cc ( calcium carbonate) and this is a natural product (limestone) ..
In isi pipe also there is 5 to 7 % CC adding with PVC resin
In non isi this ratio is different eg : for 25kg of resin 10 to 15 kg of Cc is adding
Rate of Cc is low ie, 20rs per kg where as rate of 1 kg resin is now 110/-
2. For drinking and other main uses pls use isi but for wast water removal and bathroom waste removal why we need isi pipe ??ie, for drainage use use non isi!!
3. Support local brands they also have isi standards not only corporates like supreme all brands having Isi and bis licenses are strictly following and keeping their standard!!

I think any branded led free pvc (with ISI) is enough for drinking water supply. If we are very much concerned about pvc then we need to avoid pvc overhead tank as well (use conventional concrete or SS tank).
Concerned about non ISI products... They are selling non ISI products much more than ISI... ( saying that ISI is not mandatory))

ഹൈകൗണ്ടിന് പൈപ്പും ഫിറ്റിങ്‌സും ഉണ്ട്. രണ്ടും വെവ്വേറെ സ്‌ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് പൈപ്പും ഫിറ്റിങ്‌സും ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ചില കടകളിൽ ഫിറ്റിങ്‌സ് കാണില്ല. എന്നിരുന്നാലും Outer Diameter വ്യത്യാസം ഇല്ലാത്തത്കൊണ്ട് ഏത് ഫിറ്റിങ്‌സും ആയിട്ടും Hycount പൈപ്പുകൾ match ആകും. Hycount Non-ISI പൈപ്പുകൾ പോലും ലെഡ് ഫ്രീ ആയിട്ടാണ് വിൽക്കുന്നത്, അതായത് Hycountന്റെ Non ISI പൈപ്പ് പോലും ISI മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പാലിച്ചാണ് വിൽക്കുന്നത്.
