What I realized that motivation is often temporary mental state it will fade within days into the background unless you put in place daily triggers of your big cause. But we need to develop is the sheer force of will and self-discipline that will make you stay GROUNDED in the face of overwhelming challenges and their associated negative feelings. WE have to Remind ourselves the tale of the rock, which relentless waves keep hitting upon it but it remains unmoved regardless of the strength of waves.

Rule number one - A Spartan never forgets who they are.
Then the film shows every demographic group before they show something that could have been a man looking like a Spartan. This is just subliminary programming into wokeness.
It's telling us how to be mentally strong like a spartan, not delude ourself into thinking we're a spartan. Where u come from is a big part of what makes u who u are, and doubt any of us are from Sparta, seeing mentally disciplined individuals of every demographic helps show that this isn't restricted to a demographic, it's true, not a corruption of lore. Try to understand the purpose of things without your preconceptions and see the difference between this and RoP.
