I LOVE thinking outside the box type ideas. If it works for you and keeps things organized, then GO FOR IT!!!! My bathroom has almost no wall space and its rather narrow. So, I made my medicine cabinet from an old 3 pane window (door $5) and scrap wood (FREE) from marketplace. I bought a pretty but cheap handle and some self adhesive magnets (keep the door closed). Sanded and reused paint i all ready had. I watched youtube videos for a simple tutorial on basic cabinet ideas. Voila! The cabinet cost $15. Later i used a scrap of rice paper film for the middle pane, to hide some of the chaos(leftover from another project). Made a vinyl decal off my cricut. 😊😊😊😊😊
@@nancada5435 Yes Voila! You definitely thought outside the box and were amazingly creative. Thanks for sharing. I am going to pin this comment so someone else can be inspired from you. Bravo!!
Okay, this is perfect for me. I'm currently good on the bathroom storage front, but I've been trying to find the perfect storage space for my toiletries and makeup for the bedroom, and I've been failing miserably for literally months. Turns out, what I actually needed all along was a bar! I'm going to start looking for one now. You're brilliant, thank you!
Indeed. Nothing but positivity was my intention. Just giving an opinion. I have noticed the furniture overseas is definitely of a different level. More veneer and very detailed. I don’t care for antiques but can appreciate the workmanship.
This compliment is extra special coming from someone in the industry. Do you have any ideas you think I should cover in a video? Would love to hear your expert opinion. ❤️
@@CopingwithGrattitude Try EBay sweetie or a thrift store that sells furniture. You might find something free in grandma’s attic or the grandma of a friend. Glad you liked it!
Having just spent last night dusting each individual bottle of product, my favorite thing about this is that it's stored, so no eye sore and no dusting!!!
When I found the channel clutterbug and her dividing us all into 4 organisational styles and needs it really clicked. Hi Guys, I listed the thrift/vintage sites in the description box. But don’t forget antique stores and estate sales And if anyone is interested, my cabinet is from 1920 from Paolo Buffa, a famed designer of Art Deco furniture.
For the cabinets with only large bottom open storage, you can purchase a pull out that attaches to the cabinet so that you have better visual and reach for the storage.
You seem to have a great upbeat and humble personality without being over the top, cliche or obnoxious like some channels, my heartfelt advice is to relax a bit more and talk openly without reading the prompts a lot. Great job making it personal, showing and talking about your own example vs leaving it too vague and impersonal.
I know it is a little embarrassing how many products I have. I have different day and night routines and switch up some products during the week. I am 54 and trying to keep this skin tight and glowing. 😜 No Botox or fillers, yet. I am obsessed with the new cabinet and so glad I did not stay hung up on the fact that it was a bar. Much love from Munich!
@@1ronmad1n most sink cabinets are made of wood. As long as they are well varnished to resist moisture. Have you tried utilizing all wall space? Shallow hanging cabinets? Especially mirrored ones to optically expand the room
I love the cabinet on its own. I think the bathroom would look way better if you had one storage piece that continued up the wall like a hutch or a closed cabinet, for all of the storage and eliminated those small wall shelves.
@@pamelafox7677 I probably am going to get rid of most the shelves. But I like at least one or two to hold decorative items. Where the cabinet is is the door entering the bathroom, something taller would totally block the view into the bathroom don’t you think?

I would get a full size mirror to sit on the top of your bathroom vanity , it’ll make the bathroom bigger and you’re love it better when you put on your makeup, mirror inside the mirror I don’t think you’ll like that, too small
Way ahead of you. I just hung a huge 153cm x 94cm mirror over the bathtub. Reflects everything in the room and opens it up. Video to come!! Much love from Munich
Wood and steam won’t be conducive for a long term solution. The hinges and metal on wheels will rust and wood will warp. Cute idea if only taking baths
@@karlajames9653 You do realize built-in under sink cabinets are made of wood and have hinges? Plus the cabinet is from 1920, it has its rust, a little warped. That is why I chose it
@@macondesigns yes but they are covered with a veneer for humidity and moisture resistance material. If it works for you great. Just wouldn’t be a choice I would make 🤗
