Thank you so much! I am starting out and have no idea how to pick products or advise. I also started selling embroidery thread but want to separate that from actual embroidery items.
It can be so hard at the beginning. Start with a few items that you think people will really like and go from there! Remember take it one day at a time ❤️
Thank you! When we first started our small business we used what most small businesses use, the Gildan Heavy Blend (G18000) which was a great way to make our crewnecks as affordable as possible. When we switched over to embroidery we wanted a slightly lighter more premium feeling crewneck and we found an Independent Trading Co crewneck that feels amazing and absolutely love the colors. The only down side is that these are significantly more expensive than the Gildan. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Happy you found the tips helpful! 😃 When getting started I would recommend taking preorders for your items if possible. That way you can get a gauge for what sizes and designs your audience likes most. If you want to have ready to ship items, I would recommend starting with only a couple options to reduce the amount of inventory you need to buy upfront. Hope that helps! ❤️

Great tips! Also, if you don’t mine me asking what brand of crewnecks do you use? I have been looking for a good one.
