Hey we love this pork fried rice. I have made it 3 times now. Didn't have pork drippings so i just used chicken stock and i didn't use butter either. I used bacon fat. Still turns out delicious. I especially love it crispy too. That's the best part
I surfed several techniques and recipes prior to finding yours. Yours was PERFECT!! The beginning of the video was cut off, and I didn't get to see how you prepped the wok prior to adding the pork cubes, and I didn't get to see how much pork you used (but I did a WAG)! Thanks for the recipe And tips!
This is how I make my Indonesian fried rice too! Only we use real garlic also and Kecap Manis which is a sweet soy sauce to balance the salt. Its so good with garlic and salt. I’m so hungry from watching this... thank you for sharing!!!!!:)
I would want to destroy leftover rice or cold rice or whatever before preparing this lovely recipe that you have given us. Cook the pork yes, cook the egg yes, but the rice should not be smashed during the time that you're incorporating these beautiful ingredients. Anyway, you're awesome. Thank You.
