This is the recirculation/fresh air flap, motor. The temperature blend is accessible from the driver's side floor. The one to the left of the recirculation motor is the mode door actuator.
How do u get to that top screw? It looks like there isn't any room to get a driver but I haven't tried on mine yet, great video btw thanks for making something so specific it's exactly what I'm gonna need to fix my problem 😂
So was your heater not working cause the door wasnt opening I think I got the same thing going on ac works great blows hard checked everything heater core is great also what year is your kia soul?
@@Nickthecarguy no why they dont like them? I was gunna bait and set mouse sticky mouse traps. Then rip into the dash and open up the heater box and use a air gun to blow all the crap back through the vents. Idk why it decided my car there is literally no food for it. I keep a bunch of napkins in the glove box...not anymore little bastard ripped them and and the owner manual apart

I think mine may be malfunctioning because when ever I adjust the vents with the controller it make a “static/ scratching noise

I didn't have any problem with it I made the video for the other people out there that needed to replace their. This is a 2013 Kia soul

Robin Noel try spraying wd40 on it and wipe off the residue and take tape and see if you can use the tape to pull the button back up
I got a mouse in my heater box vents are full of leaves and ripped up papers..and I just found black insulation foam.. little BASTARD
