Luigi's Adventure DX | "Another way to fly" achievement

This is a guide on how to get the achievement "Another way to fly" for Star Revenge 6.25: Luigi's Adventure DX on Retroachievements.
Basically you gotta lure this specific Fly Guy high up and then twirl to the lighthouse. It's deceptively difficult to get the Fly Guy to float up high enough and then jump off of him.
