  • You’ll love this amazing cauliflower bread. It’s a great alternative to traditional bread and is super low-carb. It does take some effort but the end result is definitely worth it. The beauty of this recipe is you can add your favorite spices to give it more flavor or make it plain and enjoy it with your favorite toppings.
    When making this recipe, it’s important that you properly prepare the cauliflower. This can be done by dicing it up by hand or you can use a food processor to do it for you. You then need to steam it for a couple of minutes on the stovetop or using a microwave. Once the cauliflower is cooked, dry it out using paper towels before adding it to your bread mix. Once you’ve whipped up the ingredients you then bake the mixture in the oven.
    As soon as it’s cooked it’s ready to serve. One idea we love is to use slices of this bread as mini pizza bases. It holds its shape really well and grilling it brings the bread back to life like it’s fresh out of the oven.
    If you’re looking for a keto-friendly bread recipe to keep your daily carb count low, go ahead and give this beautiful cauliflower bread recipe a try. It’s tasty, versatile, and easy to make.

    This looks so yummy and rich, however do you think I can skip psyllium husk when making it ? Wanted to make it today since I've got the rest of the ingredients but psyllium husk. Pls do let me know and thank you for the delicious bread recipe

    So relieved to see the yolks were used too. 👍 Looking forward to trying this. It will be good with a salad. 😋
    Or for making a grilled cheese sandwich, because the cheese should help to hold it together(?). Might make good croutons(?). Care to take on the challenge, RuledMe?
    Edit: I typed my comment before reading the description. If it works as a pizza base, it certainly will make a yummy grilled cheese sandwich!

    What a beautiful looking loaf of bread! Is it meant more as a "snack" bread or an accompaniment to a meal? Or is it meant as a sandwich bread? Either way, it's something a little different!

      Usually low-carb bread is going to use coconut or almond flour.

    Anyone know the true carb count per slice please?

      It depends how thin you slice, but as with all the recipes and videos I publish...it's in the description.

    Hello. Could we add yeast?

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  Рік тому +1

      You could but it wouldn't really do anything - yeast feeds off of sugar.

    I would steam the califlower and use chia seeds instead of psyllium husk.

      The same measure of chia seeds instead of psyllium husk..??
