I've been saying the same retort when I hear people complain about the current state of politics: Don't blame me.

Saving America, democracy and civilization require collective action and sacrifice from everyone, regardless of age or background. Sacrifices that Millennials might make to address the challenges facing society include: economic sacrifices, lifestyle changes political engagement and personal safety. Millennials are not solely responsible for saving America, democracy, and civilization. All individuals and generations must work together to create a better future for all. Boomers role will be the guide on the side and the sage with the wisdom. The GenX role will be as risk taking leaders and experienced managers familiar with innovation and problem solving.
