Hi everyone, I just want to apologize for not answering or responding to your questions, I do not get alerted when someone answers or responds to my video so if you know how I can turn that on or get alerts please let me know because I don't want people thinking I'm ignoring them on purpose, especially when they're trying to help me. Thanks for all your help. Even to this day I did not find the problem why heat is coming out and I still have the heater core bypassed
@osvilego1440 That could be but I'm not sure how to test it. I did put the digital meter on the wires going to it while the car was hot but it didn't show a reading more than a few MA.
Most probably because of the auto climate control the hot antifreeze is almost always routed to the inner heater cores. The air inside is controlled through many steppers motors. You can test of them by holding the button for inner air and in the same time the button for front defrost. It will start cycling through all stepper motors and if you hear a clicking noise and if the test continues for more than 30 seconds then some of your stepper motors is bad. You can also try to switch all to cold and enable air-conditioning ti see if still hot air is pouring. Also paste this video to mercedes forums.
Hi, thanks for the information. I did the test and it automatically stopped Within about a minute so I'm guessing that the stepper Motors are good. I did change one of them and had to take apart most of the dashboard but this was about six months ago.
Are u certain it is the heater valve ,normally when your catalytic convertor on the exhaust is blocked then it gives off extreme heat somewhere near the center console just above the exhaust

did you checked if the secondary pump should work in a sort of switch-on / switch-off mode and, for some reason, is always on?

my fan is turned offf, no AC on, hot air blowing too. I will like to know if the solution will be the same for a w203 230 2007 v6?
I have the same problem, hot air coming in because of heater .
Did you fix it yet?
If you do please tell me what to do.
What is the root caused for this problem?
Your O2 Sensors are bad and needs to be replaced
