Plantraco still has some around in their warehouse, or at least they did when I ordered a few sheets last fall. It's nice stuff, but it's definitely not CA-safe.
What is a typical weight to strive for?
Browsing the Official rules, all I see is a 100 sq. in. Max, but no mention of weight.

Where did you get durobatics foam? The maker passed away in 2008 i believe, I didn't realize it could be purchased anywhere.

Paul Robinson it's a cheap Stanley Mini Plane. I just honed the blade a little.
