Not only does it work properly, has poor customer service, and is impossible to remove once installed, but yeah keep charging $150 DLS for an exam

Can I retake an IT Specialist certification if I already passed it? In case I want to renew the year I passed it. Like other certifications, so that I can update my knowledge too.
