Thanks a lot! I am here (probably as some others) because I feel like I don't have enough kidneys to sell to have Ableton. I had no idea there is another way, so thank you
Haha great to hear. The lite version is really good, there are limitations but I'll tell you it's better for creativity. I was making more music with less options than I have now 😅. And sure I'd be careful with some shady codes. Also now when you have three Ableton you will get cheaper upgrades and the black friday/cyber Monday is your friend if you need to upgrade 🤘😎
Just to be sure, I want to ask: The license will work for Ableton Lite installed on a Windows PC, right? And is the serial number linked to your email? What Im asking is if the buyer of Ableton Note can give the license to a friend who does not have an iPhone.
Hi. I think you can but I’d say it isn’t worth it. You’ll get to pay nearly full price and only very few more options so I’d save for standard if I could 😉
Hi. Not exacty. Both versions are limited in options but Intro is considered to be a slightly higher version than Lite. Main differences are Lite has 8 Audio/Midi tracks and Intro has 16, Lite has fewer Audio and midi effects. But in general it's not that much of a difference.
Thanks. Is there something you might want to discover more in Ableton? I’m making another video by the end of the week (hopefully) so I can get a better idea what’s important 🤘😎
@@Busiless let me think, oh yeah! Idk if this is common knowledge or this is easy to find but how do I get new instruments? I'm trying to get something like a trumpet but I can't find anything good on ableton and I'm not sure how to find one
@@thejuicebuddies1811 Well for sure there's lot to learn including where to find good instruments from. Unfortunately the very best ones are for sure paid but you can simply google "Free trumpet VST" (VST is basically a plugin format) and check on youtube how it sounds. Then you would download that plugin and install it on your computer and it will be available in Ableton to play. In terms of Trumpet There are quite a few nice Orchestral instruments in the "Spitfire Labs BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover" (won't post the link here but you'll find it, the Discover version should be free), I'd use it from time to time, great to start! I made a video about where to get cheap or free VST's from, check that out: ua-cam.com/video/ODTDOOoyJm8/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/EQHw3V9ECPk/v-deo.html (these videos are a bit older so some links might not work 🤷♂) All the best! Cheers :)
Them prices are absolute dog sh*t; the more they keep prices up like that the more people will just use torrented copies, and i don't blame them. All you creative youngsters out there who just want to learn to make music, no worries, just pay up $749 and you can unlock the full package, oh wait then you're going to need a decent PC, so add another $1700 to that, oh and you might want to get yourself a midi keyboard that could e anything from $100-1000+, nice pair of headphones $X and studio speakers $X and your money... AND ITS GONE!
Yep I know that’s a problem but maybe someone you know has an iPhone and can buy the note for you? The account doesn’t matter, you fill whatever email you want in the field and even then the licence code has to be registered on Ableton’s website. So I guess it’s the only way for now
Thank you for this. I wanted to try this out before dropping a bill or 4 on the daw. Thanks.
Happy to help. 😊. And even with the limitations of the lite version it still can do a lot so it's worth the try 🤘😎
Thats actually so sick, thank you!!!
My pleasure 🤘😎

just used my gf phone to pay the app, and used my email to get the serial number. It works just fine!
@Zabobuba great to hear. Have fun 🤘😎
love you for this
My pleasure 😊
Thanks! Can you upgrade to Intro once on Lite?

Bro this if brilliant haha
Happy to help 🤘😎 enjoy
is Lite and Intro the same version?

Pc?
Hi yes. Pc or Mac, you get the licence and you can install it on (I think) 2 computers so it can be either of the platforms or 2 different ones ;)
GOATED

@@Busiless Woah, I had no idea! Thanks a lot !
sorry, is this still working nowadays?
Yes, just checked now. Still working fine mate 🤘😎
no way this works
Yup. An official way of Ableton to get you used to their DAW. 😈 but actually worth it 😊🤘😎
