I was there!!!! Amazing!
So much talent! What a jam and what a treat!
Superb! Thanks for sharing.
That was amazing!!!!
I didn’t know Andy Barnard was such a good guitar player.
Awesome!
Ye .. fantastic !
Incredible
At the end Dawg is like… I’m driving this bus, if I want to hit a sour note I dang we’ll will and proudly! Lol 😂
Bravo!
They were tight , I bet they never jammed together either till then!
Great clip! Guess I missed the hilarious part.
musician (Grant Gordy) taking a picture of the band on stage!
Ed helm has clearly been practicing since the office ended
exactly what I was thinking
great joke keep em coming till we just cant stand it anymore
Lol, exactly what i thought 🤣
He's not on stage here
Id like to hear billy strings take a turn!
haha, grant taking a picture during david's solo
thats my favorite part!
@@LessThanFaceProductions1 Mine, too!
I learned it from the 'Hot Dawg' album. This is actually David's arrangement. The original was in Am. Grisman transposed it to Dm and added the middle section to his (now standard jamming fare) arrangement.
I can't comment ... yet Grisman rules ....
Nard Dawg is rippin it!
ladies and gentlemen, ed helm on guitar!
sweet, that's all.
I know some of the musicians, but does anyone know the names of all of them? They did a great job on this tune.
Updated in comments, Galen Brown.
Nobody comes close to Vassar Clement's skills...RIP sir.
How do you figure?
Yeah, Vassar's great. Did he ever do Minor Swing? Don't think so.
@Tom L Indeed he did! Hillbilly Jazz, yes yes.. I've been meaning to dig up my copy. Hope I find it....
@@commontater8630 yes check out hillbilly jazz...Vassar was unhinged on that!
@@mattross6902 Thanks for the reminder, I'll have to get back to the stacks!
Hey LessThanFace, highlight this: request from Galen Brown, 6 months ago -- "I know some of the musicians, but does anyone know the names of all of them?" You have all sorts of space in the Description where you could easily add the info.
Description updated with band members!
@@LessThanFaceProductions1 That's great, much appreciated, thank you! Good for me also to watch the video again. I'd heard Chad Manning at a fiddle festival a couple of years ago (playing Texas swing) and really dug him but didn't recognize him in the video till you added the info.
Ha, guitar player snaps a photo of Grisman Mid song!
Nice, but what they're playing is not minor swing, they play two times the first 8 bars and then something different, so there is not much left of Djangos minor swing.
He's no doubt teaching dawg-head movements...
what percentage of those onstage are related to Andy Bernard?
The hotel room wrecking Joe Walsh? The rock guitarist? If so I didn't know he could play this kind of music.
That bass looks like someone sawed off it’s bottom half
We need some female musicians in this group.
What the hell is the flute doing there..NOT.
That was hardly hilarious.
did Dawg ever get the chance to jam with Jethro Burns?
He really hired guys that Played Like Tony and Mark
