Um dos melhores álbuns do Iron Maiden, com músicas maravilhosas, ótimos riffs e um estilo único de som. A voz do Bruce está bem potente o que deixa as músicas com mais energia. Pena que é um álbum esquecido pela banda, não tocam ao vivo essas músicas.
Esse som é magnífico, fico triste de ver que o Iron de 2000 pra cá não deu valor nessas grandes músicas para tocar nas turnês, foram esquecidas, nas areias do tempo...
No Prayer for the Dying na minha opinião é um dos álbuns mais ferozes do Iron Maiden em matéria de sonoridade e resgata aquela pegada crua de Killers e The number of the Beast, é onde a voz de Bruce está mais rasgada e agressiva, e queria ouvir hoje em dia músicas como os hits Tailgunner, Holy Smoke, Public enema Number One que tem um refrão muito bonito e melódico, além da eletrizante Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter, e seria muito interessante ouvir The Assassin e seu clima mais intimista e quem sabe um dia a marcha militar de Mother Russia na bateria de Nicko e com seus excelentes solos. Mas infelizmente esse álbum também é ignorado quase que por completo pela banda, mas não pelos fans de verdade.

Não sou muito chegado no estilo de cantar do Bruce nos álbuns "No Prayer For The Dying e Fear Of The Dark", mas isso é pelo costume de ouvir as belas melodias que são encontradas principalmente no "Piece Of Mind". Eu acho que o No Prayer fez o Bruce desgastar um pouco a voz, você percebe que no Fear Of The Dark a voz fica um pouco fraca e rouca, mas algumas ainda continua com essa agressividade, como Be Quick Or Be Dead.
I don't think there was another era except maybe '80 where Dave was so animated and charismatic. Really wish there was more footage from this and the FotD tour..

The sound I belive is from the "From Here To Eternity"-single. They released all the No Prayer Of The Dying songs they played live in 1990-1991 on various Fear Of The Dark singles.
Definitely a nice polished mix and master. - Like the other person said, I guess it's an official release then. But put to a bootleg video, with the bootleg-sound replaced. - I found there are 3 singles for "FotD", 2 of which have live tracks recorded in London. - Just some extra info. :)
