      It’s definitely more time consuming than a round cake but once you get the hang of it, it’s just as simple 😊

    I like how you show that things like frosting take time and patience, and that you show some mess and everything isnt perfectly clean like in some vids where the decorator wants everything to look perfect. You get mess on your hands like I do! Thanks!

    Did you bake your square cake that size or did you cut them down? This is such a big help to me. I don't like making square cakes because I can never get an even layer! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your subscribers!

    Thanks for sharing this tutorial!! I have a question, how can I frost my cake without any cake crumbs sticking on the frosting or icing?

      The crumb coat should trap any crumbs that come off. Cold layers are less crumbly so put them in the fridge or freezer to chill them before you frost

    I Square cakes but I don't do Towers three layers that most! I guess once in awhile but if one has someone wanted to order those all the time I wouldn't be doing them! Too tedious

    How stable is your buttercream recipe in a hot weather without melting

      It’s pretty stable, depending on the heat, but you can substitute half of the butter with vegetable shortening to make it even more stable.

      @@mmt1575 No, it's a clear coloured fat like Crisco or Trex and it's more stable than butter or margerine
