If all Sonic games are 8bit, are they Master system of gamegear ports, If I Am not mistaken Master system screen is wider. I have the game, I may return to it.

Such a great topic. You always have such great ideas for informing the audience. Little Mac's character model is the stuff that nightmares are made from! I 100% agree that SSX on Tour tried to copy the very popular aesthetics of Guitar Hero. While I don't find much value in putting Nintendo mascots like Mario, Luigi, and Peach in sports games, I do applaud the developers for putting them in for fans of those characters. I guess if one of my favorite characters made cameos in a sports game... say Solid Snake.. I'd play as him too. The ability to play those GameGears games is incredible. What a cool treat! The only one that I knew of this exclusive content was the Soul Calibur games because I remember that marketing strategy for each console. I think that's pretty cool. Awesome video buddy!

SSX On Tour is such a massive step backwards for the series, and while the bonus characters are cool, it doesn’t dodge the fact that the game lost the SSX essence. The Game Gear games in Sonic Adventure DX is my favorite feature in that game. Spent countless hours playing all of those games! Glad you enjoyed the video man!
Very cool video. I had no idea about the majority of these other then Soul Calibur with Link. The NBA Street is pretty to cool to see Mario dunking on someone lol. Even something as simple as Goro and Shao Kahn was really cool and I know that was seriously overlooked. Great video as always my friend keep up the good work.

It's cool that some of these games like SSX On Tour, NBA Street Vol. 3 and Fight Night Round 2 have Nintendo characters and content to make up for lack of online-play that was present on the PS2 and Xbox versions at the time. Also there's another version of Mortal Kombat Deception on PSP called Mortal Kombat Unchained which not only includes the GameCube-exclusive characters, but also Blaze, Jax, Frost and Kitana. That is one game I'll download when I get a modded PSVita along with other fighters like Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max, Tekken 6, Dead or Alive 5+, Street Fighter X Tekken, KOF Orochi Saga, Injustice and a handful of other fighters that I can add that are on both PSP and PSVita.
Agreed! I thought the exclusive content as a means to counteract not having online play was clever (and enticing). That's correct about MK Unchained! I put a ton of time into that version and very impressed with that port. I still need to mod my PS Vita...I feel like I'd actually use that handheld again if I did lol. Honestly lots of PSP ports overshadow their DS and GBA counterparts due to them literally being the console experience or at least mimic more closely. I think I might only get DS and GBA games if they are exclusives or games that aren't on PSP from now on! Couple of PSP games I might get my hands on are the Tony Hawks, Tekkens, X-Men Legends 2, Spider-Man 3, both Ultimate Alliance games, Crash Tag Team Racing and others.

Im missing Mk deception and ssx on tour. I wonder why gamecube games are missing online, splinter Cell pandoras Tomorrow almost had online even on a gamecube.
Not many devs took advantage of the GameCube broadband adapter, which was both strange and a shame. I remember the Splinter Cell games (starting with Pandora Tomorrow) having excellent multiplayer modes. Thank you for checking out the video!
I remember vividly some GameCube and Xbox ports look not only better than their ps2 counterparts but got exclusive content that made it worth the purchase some examples are Silent hill 2 on Xbox gets an extra chapter and another playable campaign Dragon Budokai1&2 exclusive characters and better textures and animation Mortal Kombat deception on GameCube gave u extra characters and half of them unlock Metal Gear solid 2 on Xbox u get a beta set of the game and an exclusive level WWE day of Reckoning & 2 and Wretlemania 19 u get wrestlers that will never appear on the ps2 titles or Xbox BMX XXX u get the special adult movies that got removed on the ps2 but the Xbox also contain them Raw 2 on Xbox got wrestlers that would never appear on another wrestling game like the GameCube or ps2 some are like Jamie Noble,Terri,Nidia, Shannon Moore and others

I played Soul Caliber to death in college Mostly as Link.
Soul Calibur II was such a big game when it released. Link was definitely my character too, but Kilik was my other character I did well with.
I miss EA Big.
