Hey, Chad. This video is so honest it led me to subscribe to your cjannel. I am a single mom of six and looking to have more time for my children. Years of working 2+ jobs took a toll on my health but your insights are giving me hope. I look forward to the roll playing you mentioned to become more and more confident as I build a business I can be proud of. Thank you for all you do! Blessings! Tracy

Ty I don’t like scripts either!🤖🤖 sounds robotic.. not natural Great Vid Chad thanks Note: Once I do learn a script I naturally begin to speak Natural if that makes since.. because I then understand what I’m saying and it just flows into a real natural conversation..
"But wait...there's more!" 😜. Here's the sh*tty script I threw in the floor to prove the point that all scripts are useless in probate about 4 sec. into the conversation: www.dropbox.com/s/mt9zy31h1iherbc/OUTBOUND%20PROBATE%20SCRIPT%20%28rev.%2012-9-16%29.docx?dl=0. Now that you have that, when you're ready to learn effective language to use when prospecting probate come see me at www.ProbateMastery.com or just comment on how useless my methods are on my new channel: ua-cam.com/channels/d_YxwvvvV6rN4eIrO_B1vw.htmlvideos. Ohhh...even better...email me at chad@magnumopusproject.com so I can send you a zoom link, then you can school me in a live role play and we'll post the video here to see what everyone has to say about your skills in the comments 😃
The whole point of the tongue-in-cheek video was to rope you in because you're looking for scripts but to convince you that learning to have organic conversations in this niche will serve you better and dismiss you desire for a script and replace that with a desire to learn effective techniques to get engagement with PRs. I get that everyone wants the script book but it's what you WANT, not what you NEED.
@@realestateinprobate, I understand; however, for people who are starting, a script or some sort of a guide is helpful. I'll keep working hard to get to the level of not needing a script anymore.
Scripts and Conversational Frameworks are not the same. I dislike scripts because they are too linear, too rigid. Conversational frameworks afford the opportunity to turn way more calls into appointments, especially on first contact when a personal representative does not realize they will need to sell the inherited property yet. Does that make sense?
You're mistaking the fist 20 sec. of my conversation (the Probate USP) as a script. In the beginning of the conversation you are better off proactively defeating their objections before they come up and then asking one of many open-ended emotional questions, e.g. "what's been the toughest thing for you guys so far?" or "Is this the first time you've been an executor?". You may have already formed your opinion that I'm nonsensical but here is a video I did with an AI tech founder who agrees with me, after analyzing 4,000,000 conversations that scripts are for those typical folks looking for typical results: ua-cam.com/video/O5MxI2mUOmk/v-deo.html. Feel free to share some recordings of you using scripts to prospect, I'm sure we can all learn a ton from you too.
Roll play
first time watching thank you

You told us nothing about our probate script. Why all the fluff?

You literally are citing scripts by asking pre-meditated questions. Your disliking of scripts makes no sense.
