I have wanted to do Zoology. Was your oldest son bored with this class? I have been discouraged about doing it because I have 6th and 8th graders. They all love to learn about animals.
He had so much fun. The experiments brought it to life for him, but he is not doing this as his main science for 8th grade; he will be doing physical science. He sure does love joining us for experiments, though.

Do you think the notebook journal is necessary? I’m wondering if I could just get a regular notebook and DIY from there.
It is not necessary but it does streamline things
