@@thedronedetective Hi. Thanks for the reply. We are flying the DJI M300 and DJI M30T. Wasn’t so much for range but rather flying in bad weather so we can operate from in side our van.
@@zanebrillinger298 both the M300 and M30 have amazing range. During bad weather I normally position the van so that I can sit in the front seat and face the direction that I’m flying the drone. This is the only way to get improved range from the interior of a vehicle.
@@thedronedetective We have done that in the past. So you don’t use external antenna that you unattach the antennas of the RC and attach the cords to the external antennas to the RC? We don’t only use our Ford Transit van, we have a large command post that we use for large events etc. We have external HDMI that feeds in to the command post but we are thinking of something where we can sit in the command post and operate the drones while receiving direction from an incident commander.
Clean. Organized. Professional. Love it. Good work! Keep it up!
Thank you!
That transit rocks! Gave me some new ideas for our van!
Thanks Zane !
Great unit. What is the approx cost of that full set-up?
Hello. First viewer here.
Hello there!
Such a great set up. Do you plan on utilizing the DJI drone nests they announced to have drones ready to go from remote locations?
thanks. Yes, just waiting for DJI to make the docking station available.
congratulations, your video is very good, it inspires. What drone is the one you raise?
it was an Autel Evo II 640T.
Hi there. I am police officer in Canada. Do you have any suggestions for RC roof antennas for our Command Post and a Traffic Van?
Hello I can help you, I am a Police officer too ..... from Ecuador we fly drones too
Hi Zane. We have external antenna's on our mobile command post and haven't noticed any improvement with range. What drones are you flying?

I want one but for xbox halo parties.
do you guys modify the controllers antennas? so that you can operate from the inside of the van without abstrucking your signal?
We have external antennas on the roof of the van but haven't noticed much improvement with range.
@@thedronedetective hello everything is very good. Can you give detailed information about the external antenna on the vehicle for the dji m30t?
