- Vlog 1- Preparations and chaos: Moving from Norway to Finland first Vlog finally up!
I know that a lot of information is missing, and it might be hard to follow along, so here are some additional information:
I just finished my degree in marketing and management of tourism experiences, and have the opportunity to have my internship outside of Norway. At 1 of April I got accepted as an intern at "Visit Lapland" in Finland. We agreed on a 6 month stay, and they operate from Rovaniemi and therefore I would have to move there.
We had a loose agreement when I got accepted as an intern that I should come to Rovaniemi in the start of July. I didn't speak to them until a few days prior to July, so I wasn't sure if I either still had an internship, or when I should arrive.
After getting accepted as an intern I tried to find a single apartment. I've looked around but got no luck in getting an apartment that was in my price range. Therefore at the 5th of July I still had no apartment for when I'd arrived in Finland on the 8th of July.
Needless to say I was really stressed out if I even had an internship, if I would have a place to live, and if I was even able to cross the borders.

That was a pretty casual comfy vlog. I've just moved in to Finland from my homeland and could totally relate to the stress and anxiety of the preparation phase. I guess you still have a long way to go to reach that standard of a perfect vlog in terms of editing, content, camera work or cinematography, but be proud of yourself that you have atleast started the journey. Don't give up, keep making videos. In the beginning, it's the quantity rather than quality that matters, you'll eventually reach there. I hope your internship is going great and you are enjoying your days in Lapland! I hope to see more videos from you. Keep going all the best 👍💯

per now I’m enjoying the journey and not putting too much pressure onto myself, and just have fun while learning!
