Who doesn't love the village and lush greenery or small doses of the hustle and bustle of a over populated city. The issue is we all need to stay in the UK to run our businesses, work and put our kids through good schools. The only people truly benefitting from such properties are the uncles and aunties that couldn't settle outside of BD.
The new generation should make the effort to connect with their roots otherwise they are lost. I used to have that mindset and didn't go Bangladesh for 23 years but now I hope to visit at least once every 2 years for a month or two. Just to wind down from work at the very least.

This was built by my mother in law and non of the money was from alcohol money .. not a single penny .
