@Naveen Nair NN...Thanks a lot brother... 1)I have import all the parts from overseas but still you can get in India as well but be careful before buying Cross check the product.. 2) the entire work(engine work) costed me something 12 to 14 Gran's..Not more then this. 3)See the mileage is completely depend on your rider's skills...More high RPM you ride less mileage you get ..What I do is ride economically and if required I pull my acci so I am expecting something between 38 to 34 per litre not less then this with proper tuning... 4)I can't recommend you any mechanic for this ...But you can follow the video work is just going to be play and plug so any mechanic will help you.. @Dinesh Rao..Yes bro you can install in Impulse as well but for that make sure the Turner is good enuf to carry out valve seat replacement job.. Otherwise you end up messing with cylinder head...I used Titanium valve which belongs to 180cc engine...Thanks..

Quality video! Great job. What is your opinion on NMW racing company from India? They are selling bigbore kit from Amazon. Thought to purchase it but my mechanic is reluctant to do the changes. He always ask me to go for new bike if I want performance. I think i may have to drop the idea of big bore.

Thank you bro ...See I personally don't recommend or suggest any brand coz if I personally suggest or recommend any brand it means I am taking responsibility of that particular stuffs...But I can suggest on bigbore kit...Yes it is good if upgrade the bikes performance and nothing is bad about it..But replacing just bigbore will not help you there are few more parts need to replace to get that particular optimized performance... Usually mechanic avoid such mods coz its time consuming as well as risky...Risky in the sense if job doesn't carry out properly..So find someone who is more interested doing R&D job...If you need more details over the same you can DM me on Instagram @route_fortysix ..Thanks once again

Yes KTM's swingarm can be fitted easily and I have already did the same and the only problem is that after installing the swingarm ,height of the motorcycle reduce...So I prefer stick to stalk swingarm and change the mono shock with KTM...
@Somi Singh....Yes bro you can use the larger piston from any manufactured brands available in India,but problem starts when piston doesn't fit on standard conrod ..So you need to replace the con Rod which is very hectic... Instead of that you can directly switch the aftermarket piston which is available in the market.which suits to the stock Conrod and which make work more easier...
Bro Big bore kits pe bhi apna opinion do. Mai aapke jitna mechanically talented nai hun but mujhe bhi apni fz me ye modifications karni h. What can I do?

@xavier dsouza...Yes it is possible ..Bug you can just ad 6th gear...You need to buy fully transmission assembly...It's plug and play set up no mods required..But you need to buy 6 speed clutch set up as well..
