The ULTIMATE Gulf of Mexico Fishing Trip!

Today Steve and I made the trip offshore in not ideal conditions. The wind was supposed to be under 10 knots but was blowing 12 to 15 with gusts up to 20. Luckily the wind was behind us on the way out and moved to an onshore afternoon wind on the way back in. We limited out on Red grouper and caught maybe my personal best Mangrove Snapper. The video ran a little long so I will put out another one next week to show you how I turned the Grouper and Snapper collars into "Crab Cakes".
