And I just realised it probably has way more to do with the 1814 war between UK and USA which resulted in the white house being burned.

There was also the war of 1812 that was going on too.
1814 was a big year for Norway. It started as a part of Denmark at war with the UK. Famine because of blockade. Lost war. Norway became its own country. Then ended in a union with Sweden after a trade they made with Russia, who got Finland. + some wars here and there.

April/May is when quarantine started for lots of people. The amount of people playing video games spiked across the board in those months. As for the explosion in popularity in July, that’s mostly because of twitch. The game is a great deception game, so the skill set required to do well is not aim like in shooters or micromanagment like in rts. It’s very easy to watch, and the skills required to do well are not usually represented by other genres of games.

I started playing in mid 2019 when skeld was the only map and the game was so different back then, there were so few people playing at that time that it wasn’t uncommon to find the same people in the same lobby. I kind of miss those times in a way but i’m glad the game became popular, just a relic waiting to be dug out.

I heard about this game because Kanata no Astra, which was a Among us match with a single impostor.
When I play among us I’m usually lime but sometimes go to purple.
Whenever I play as lime I can easily win but it’s funny when nobody ever suspects me.
Ima just put my tactic cause why not.
I follow someone and do fake tasks around them and let the other imposter do the killing at first. Once they get voted off, I start killing people one by one while still getting an alibi. Then I vote the smartest player off. Finally when there is two people I just kill them in front of the other to show them they were wrong all along and had fallen into my trick.
I remember one time I even vented in front of two people right before a body was found and they didn’t even see me.

But the European car plates already have a clear means of telling the country of origin. They all have the abbreviation of the country in one corner: D for Germany, F for France (on the plate, not in chat this time), B for Belgium, GR for Greece etc. Even The UK took part in that system. They have GB for Great Britain^^
