Wow, I didn't knew the difference between tucked and dropped stitches. Fixing it was a mystery for me, so I usually just unwinded everything and started again. But you explained it beautifully by teaching the concept of what was happening first and right to the point. Thank you very much.
Wonderful, I have been looking through so many of these and it was confusing, you putting the pick under the yarn and your explanation are so much simpler, thank you!
Amazing video! I didn't realise there was a name for tucked stitches, I had no idea what had gone wrong but knowing its so easy to fix I definitely won't be pulling all my work off again!! Thank you so much!!
I just wanna say thank you so much for this video I literally wanna quit every time and I watch this video and it’s so easy for me to go back and fix i. Thank you
That was the best explanation and show of both yuck n drop stitches. Now I know why after I fix them it comes bk out. Never knowing you have to fix them before it goes past the yarn holder. Thank you
Thank you so much for this video! I'm new to using a knitting machine, and I cannot thank you enough for making it easy to follow. I had so many dropped stitches, and now I can fix them.
Thank you! I put my machine away a couple years ago out of frustration. My triplet boys are starting prek3 and really want to make them some hats for this winter. This will help so much!! Thank you again ❤️
Excellent video tutorial. This gives such precise visual assistance for others to utilize. I wish I had seen it before I stressed through fixing my errors on my own. This was much easier. Thank you so much for sharing.🌺
Thank you so much! I’ve seen many videos on how to fix dropped stitches but yours was the one with the clearest explanation and I’ve actually just fixed a dropped stitch for the first time. Thank you!!
I very much appreciate your time to make this video for us new knitters!!😢 I pulled apart 2 hats cuz of dropped stitches,,now I cry cuz I could have fixed it. Any way,, I thank you for such clear instructions
What ❤a great instructional video! You describe the when, why, and how to fix! thank you for your clear instructions. Great tips and tricks as well. I am continually learning about These circular knitting machines! Thank you for all you do for us
This video is a game changer. Just undid 300 rows because of tucked stitches. Thinking I'll actually be able to complete this last panel on my project. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Just found your video. This is the best visual description of what a tucked and dropped stitch looks like at the needle level of the machine! And your way of ‘reknitting’ the column is indeed quicker than what I’ve been doing. Thank you so much.
Best tutorial I’ve watched for fixing dropped (& tucked) stitches! Because I struggled so with doing this, I’ve just been ripping things out and starting over. However, my current project, a striped headband, would have been a major headache to rip out, as I’d cut the yarn to change colors every five rows, and had completed 80 rows when I discovered the dropped stitch a couple of rows back. Once again, you’re a lifesaver!
Just a note to say that this video was very helpful in me learning how to fix mistakes on my knitting machine. Though I have a Sentro, the mechanics are pretty much the same. I watched several videos and found this one to be the most informative. I knew about dropped stitiches but had never heard of a tucked stitch. So I learned what it was before i even started using my machine. So when I did start, I was able to recognize my tucked stitches thanks to your video. Thank you!!!🧶🧶
Thanks so much. Because of your video I have managed to save several of my projects. Before, I started over every time I made a mistake. once again thank you
I ordered a machine recently and been looking for a great video to fix mistakes. Thank you! I hope I'll never have to use these tricks but I'm sure when or if that day comes I'll be ready!
Very clear instructions! Love your camera views and explanation. I just removed a beautiful painted canyon tube when I had ten rows left because of a dropped stitch. I watched a different video to try to fix it with latch hook. Next time I will use your video! Hope I can do it. I don’t think I opened my stitches enough. They weren’t fixed in order and I missed one. Latch hook or crochet hook I think that was my problem.
Thank you so much for this video! I recently got a sentro and dropped a stitch while making a hat - I thought all hope was lost because I’ve read many reviews about the sentro constantly dropping stitches, and feared that I’d wasted my money and would need to start my project all over. I followed your instructions and now I can’t even tell I dropped a stitch 😊 best tutorial, you are amazing! ❤
Great tutorial, glad I kept looking and found this one. I had a few of these oops and started the whole hat over 3 times. So now I have a clear understanding of how to fix it before all goes south. Thank you, today is Sunday early morning June 05,2022.
thank you!! I just got a machine and started off ok, but was noticing the tucked stitches. I've been trying lots of different ways to fix it myself, but didn't realize I was making it worse. This was so nice and easy to understand and walk through!
Thank you!!! I am new to Addi and I was getting frustrated starting over. This video has saved me loads of time! Thanks!!! I will be sure to watch all your videos 🙂
Thank you so much! I have a knitting machine ordered but I wanted to learn how to fix tucked and dropped stitches before I start. Your tutorials are AMAZING. I now have confidence that I will be able to handle these stitch issues thanks to you.
Thanks. Have a new sentro machine for the 2nd time (because of the price), but it does drop stitches every few rows. This video will help immensely. Thank you.
Thanks Laurelin I'm still fairly new to the knitting machine, didn't even know you were on here doing circular knitting, first video that came up when I got fed up of ripping work back 😂 very informative & easy to follow 🎉🎉🎉
I needed this tutorial today. Keeping control of the other stitches to make sure they don’t fall off saved me a lot of frustration. I have just waited to finish and then fix all the stitches at one time. Thank you. Btw, A latch hook works much better than a crochet hook to rebuild the stitches.
Omg thank you so much for this video...... I just started trying to use a sentro 48 pin, and even dropped down to a light weight yarn (level 3) and I as 1/3 of the way done when I dropped two stitches and restarted. I appreciate you so much for this help....
Thank you so much for this video! I just bought a sentro and was starting from scratch for about 3 times before I saw this video. For some reason I get tucked stitches only. No more frogging my work, this is the answer! Happy holidays! 🎄
That was soooo helpful!! I just took my whole project off the machine and unraveled it because I didn't know how to fix😢 Thank you, thank you thankyou And thank you for such a close up😁😁😁
