Love this, I wish I had the discipline. My motivation and will power is severely lacking. You have been doing a great job keeping up and tracking your wellness 👌🏻
Wonderful setup. I’ve done a few different attempts at a wellness planner/journal too. I’m currently using the A6 hobo weekly supplement for my habit tracking and a b6 Stalogy half year for a journal/bujo combo. It all fits with my EDC planner in 1 cover and I love it. It’s been good. I need to be more committed but it’s helped me keeping it together. I do have an idea for next year but depends on if a planner option I think is coming actually comes out 😝 we’ll see.
I have no idea how people do more than one or two planners! If I don't have everything all together then I feel like a basket case and I definitely don't update things if they are not together. Hopefully you get the setup you want for next year!
@@beautifulmessplans I think, personally, it depends on what you have split and how they are split. I’m too busy at home and at work have everything in one place is too much and too cluttered and it all gets mixed up which messes me up. And I don’t like my health stuff mixed with my personal planner (in the same book) because my planner is also a memory keeper/journal/commonplace combined and I don’t want my health and wellness intermixed with our families memories. I like it more private because it’s for me but I also find it has to be with my personal planner. So it’s in a separate notebook/insert but it’s in the same cover. I carry them together and it makes it one system. And things don’t overlap between them the two. I and bc they are in 1 cover they get updated throughout the day at the same time. My work planner is also separate and really needs to be separate from my personal. Partly because that planner stays at work, partly because my planner would be HUGE if I had to combine both, partly because it has work commonplace notes that others don’t need to see (or can’t see). So it’s separate and stays at home. But I’ve seen some with multiple planners and it blows my mind. This one girl has 5 hobo weeks. One is work and one is personal and that makes sense (for the same reasons mine are separate). But the rest have a lot of overlap or expansion of another - so personal planner plus another everyday planner that’s written in with less detail. But seems if she just upgraded sizes a bit she wouldn’t need 5 to cover 2 areas of her life. 🤯
Love your setup, thanks for sharing your journey. I also track my fitness and health, I use a Nolty Listy which has been working great. Have some health issues so tracking helps me track any triggers.
Thanks! I did use the larger for awhile but I got very overwhelmed and it was just too much for me but I also am not wanting to track all that much either.
Thank you fir Sharing this. I use to work out all the time and keep track if what I ate then lovely covid hit and well I just never got back into it. Until now I just ordered from the penny pages their food log and fitness planner so fingers crossed it works and I will keep up with it.

I like the way that you are using your Weeks. I am thinking of using a bigger planner for health because there's a lot that I want to track.
