I always started school in August so this seems normal to me. But other schools growing up started in September usually 2-3 weeks after us. We start the 14th which is my kiddos bday. They start on or right before his birthday each year. I thought it would bother him but he likes it because he gets birthday wishes from all his friends and isn’t technically a summer bday. 😅

Very cute. I homeschool my daughter. Just order her curriculum. We start the same day as you guys. Can't believe it's time already.

Yes! My daughter is getting the first day jitters for 6th grade…they have 1 day to go in and meet the teachers/students. I wish our schools did something like that! That’s awesome.

My kids are 11(going to middle school 😢) and my baby is 5 going to kinder. I too am in disbelief that it’s back to school time! I did registration this week and I’ll start shopping for supplies this weekend. My middle schooler is nervous but I think getting fun cute back to school supplies will help. Target has so much cute stationary…I’m probably more excited for the shopping part than she is!

I plan to use the new Twines and paper hybrid planner for my shop/channel next year.

I love your lineup! I REALLY want to try the planner perfect books, but they’re pricey. I gotta save up! But you totally make me want to do a mix of PP and Sterling Ink books. I’m using a narrow Traveler Company TN with a monthly and my journal, then a Personal TN for writing (are you going to make NANOWRIMO videos? You should!), and a pocket TN for scribbles.

Not a fan of snakes or mice. A few years back during covid we moved because my husband got a new job. One of the guys he worked with said he had a place we could rent, "GREAT" one would think until I was sitting at the counter working in my planner and just happen to look up to see a mouse pop out from the burner on the stove. That was the second day we lived there after that you could hear them in the walls and sealing, it was infested we must have caught 8 -10 mice it was bad. Coming from living on farms and ranches as a kid you had mice getting into animal feed and things like that but nothing like that trailer. Hope y'all had a happy 4th.

Love the mermaids, so pretty and peaceful. The fear you have of snakes is what my fear of spiders is like, I have been known to hyperventilate !! Seems silly but I get the fear your talking about. I don’t blame you not wanting to go out back for a bit 😳

This spread is adorable 🤩. Love the sea theme and the colours. I get fed up in Summer too, do not enjoy the heat at all !!! I don’t mind winter but if it’s overcast, dark and dreary too many days in a row I get a bit blue too. Spring and Autumn are great. Your plans for 4th July sounds similar to me on Australia Day, party animals 😂 prefer to chill 👌🏻. Enjoy
