The interviewer was so great! I liked the questions she asked and she seemed to be a good listener. I thought the actors felt comfortable with her. They had a good time!!

Spectacular interviewer. Thoughtful, well-researched, used a natural, conversational approach, and specifically made sure to get every actor to provide an answer.
Yes. She’s an icon. She gives the best interviews for all films. Always well researched, knowledgeable, asks incredible questions, etc etc etc. She’s incredible.
Zendaya mentions having her own hair and makeup team as being important, but didn’t lean into why. But I assume it’s because, as a black woman, she’s used to being on sets with makeup artists and stylists who do not know how to do makeup for her skin tone or do not know how to manage and treat her hair etc.
Jacqueline Coley is my top interviewer! If you look at most of the casts interviews, Mike Faist rarely speaks, and the interviewers just leaves him be, but he is engaged here. In all of her interviews, she emgages each actor, and transitions from question to question so smoothly. Great interview!
I agree she definitely knows how to passively get to the core and root of where these vampires come from and relate to humanity sympathizes w us for sure

I noticed that too! She asked him great questions about craft and process which understandably seems to be the only topics that perk him up and excite him. As opposed to gimmicky games etc. Kudos Jacqueline!
I have noticed that about him. I think maybe because he's still fairly new to film acting, he hasn't learned how to be comfortable in an interview yet. You see him shifting awkwardly a lot and making "thinking" faces that he probably doesn't realize he's making. Especially while the others are talking, I think he forgets there is still a camera on him too. Good for this interviewer gently pulling him out of his shell.
Josh O’Connor seems so unlike his character in the movie. Which proves how talented his acting is.

You can tell they're so tired of the thirst/intimacy commentary, but Jacqueline handled that topic with such poise!
I get tired of seeing it online because this movie is so much more than that one scene... I can't imagine how tired of it they must be by now, especially knowing all the work they put into the whole thing.

Definitely glad the trio will be done and she can get back to rejoicing in her life with her family and her Love, Tom Holland. Too many of us commented on seeing her do things she rarely does on interviews, like put her arm around an actor, like she did with Mike on one of the shots. I love that she had boundaries based on her relationship, and this became awkward for anyone knowing she has always been respectful of her own relationship. Josh has such a great face and great vibe. Completely respectful to Z and her boyfriend.

I actually forgot while watching the movie that O'Connor is British, so I was a bit startled hearing his accent just now, but that's the beauty of acting I suppose. Faist has a new fan in me. He has a great career ahead of him and I'm happy for him. He was of course brilliant in WSS, but glad to see his growth in this as well. Zendaya is Zendaya, full stop - nothing more to say. She actually reminded me of JLo in some of her no nonsense scenes.
The way Z and Josh got excited when Mike was forced to finally admit he's a good tennis player 😂

Although this is not his best work. Among they three in that movie to me he was the one more disappointing acting wise.
I love how Zendaya explains "THE" scene. People forget this is a movie! And they try to ask like "what was that like" she humbles them by saying what happens. NOTHING. They split and its pretend. But people make it to much.

I watched it last night and it is truly what filmmaking is all about. The cinematography was sick, the dialogue was great, and the character development was phenomenal. Excited for Luca's next project!
To me there were 0 sexual chemistry between the two males and the movie tried so hard to make it look like it.

@@thischickkej I am glad that you respectfully express your opinion😄. That said I disagree and I would go as far as to say that is what the movie is really about. You can see it in the for example when they win that game and celebrate in the way they did or when they were eating churros together or suggesting sound they make when playing and particularly when the two of them were trying so hard to let Tach know that they masturbate together but didn't do anything "wierd" which I believe by the way but then when they start making out the three of them they kinda forget that Zendeya was there.

It's interesting that Zendaya wanted Tashi to have a close relationship with her family. I feel based on how narcissistic and emotionally unavailable her character was that she would have some sort of unstable home life. Just my take on it.

Great movie with three fantastic performances which may garner Oscar nominations. These are three very flawed people but Tashi, as it turns out, may be the most flawed.
