This show has these dark moments where we get to see into Trump's psyche. Very dark. But the best. Believe me.
KELLI2L2, Believe in what sense? Trump is a very troubled person and this show uses parody to highlight Trump's weirdness. Trump is a guy who has had Russian prostitutes pee on him (allegedly!), wears a fake tan (for sure!), takes impotence-inducing psychologically damaging medication to keep is hair on (allegedly!), and abuses everyone around him, and is a serial money launderer (believe me!). Fact is Atamanuik is generally more coherent than Trump, but it's a great imitation because he includes a degree of empathy. And the winning. There's so much winning!

I agree with you but religion was not the main cause of conflict in Ireland. At it's core it is an ethno-nationalist divide. After Ireland was partitioned the Stormont government denied predominantly Catholic Irish Nationalists basic human rights to minimize Nationalist political power. From the Republican perspective the war was not about religion and there have been prominent Protestant Irish Nationalist heroes for centuries starting with Wolfe Tone. The Provisional Irish Republican Army accepted Protestants into their ranks and Volunteer Bobby Sands MP, the most celebrated Republican hero of the most recent conflict, had a Protestant father. Religion was more important to the Loyalist side but loyalty to London rather than Dublin was the main focus of their movement.
This is some deep prospective into the mind of Trump. Lol
