    I’m so glad to see some of these positive comments about copper!!!!
    I was so excited to see this project as I love copper and have sold many copper jewelry pieces, but I am new to the skill of soldering it.
    I appreciate the skill set this jeweler possess but I am so disappointed when I hear people speak negatively about this beautiful and beneficial metal.
    Copper tarnishes like other metals do and still is beautiful. I wear copper bracelets everyday that I never take off and they don’t tarnish with continuous wear unless exposed to some chemicals in your soaps etc.

    Awesome demonstration for someone (like myself) who would like to try this... but who has no idea of where to even start. You explained things so well... and showed how to do each step. Thank you very much! 😁👍

    I think you read my mind. I have been thinking about this for the past week. I think it’s time to get started lol. For your next project, how about a bezel for a ring? I’ve been trying to do this with wire wrapping and I think I’ve wasted more wire than actually creating something with it.😬

    Your memory wire cutters will cut through wire and leave the end clean and straight, they are tough enough to cut through thicker ring wire also. The wire cutters most people use, nip the wire, until it breaks, the memory cutters shear the wire with ease.

      We think you mean a ring mandrel. This is made by Euro Tool and a quick internet search should get you to one! We are currently sold out!

    What kind of texture hammer are you using?

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  10 місяців тому

      Hi!@ This is made by eurotool. It is wood and steel, 9-1/2 inches with (9) 17mm interchangeable faces. Do a quick internet search for "texturing hammer with interchangeable heads eurotool" and you will find a link! Hope this helps!

    How do you get rid of the pickel if it gets bad. 🤔

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  Рік тому +1

      There are specific instructions on sparex's website about how to dispose of pickle safely! www.krohnindustries.com/SDS-GHS/KROHN-045_SPAREX%20NO1%20&%20NO2%20_SDS.pdf
      Also, there should be instructions included with the product when you order it.

    Where did you get the sterling silver wire from? There isn’t a link in the bio

    • @JewelSchool
      @JewelSchool  Рік тому +2

      We don't specifically carry .925 sterling silver wire. It can get quite expensive. A quick internet search for sterling silver jewelry wire should get you to some viable links! She specifically uses a 16ga round sterling silver wire. These terms should help in your search!

      What would you do to make money on free videos that teach people how to do things. When you make a negative comment I think you could at least give constructive advice on what YOU do. I think these women have a wonderful gift and at 70 years old it is never too late to learn. Soldering and wrapping is my new thing and I need to know exactly what they are using.
