- 昼下がりの一コマです。食事が終わり日光が当たり霜付きなどの湿りもない石の上でお昼寝をしているゲンキに寄り添うゲンタロウですが、モモタロウの動きによりゲンキが目覚めてしまい、不機嫌なゲンキは甘えようとするゲンタロウを叩きます。かなりいい音が鳴ったのでモモタロウもしばらく様子を見て近づいてきました。
親離れさせようとしているゲンキとお母さん大好きでまだまだ甘えたいゲンタロウの複雑な関係です。

Yes, gentaro is forgiven. He’s just a kid. Genki is a good mom but I’ve never seen her play with gentaro, other moms play with their kids. She’s a caring soul tho.

I type something in English, then i translate it to JP, copy and paste it. Also I copy something in another language and paste in Google/Translator, and have it translated to read other languages since I only know English. :-)
Its really great and easy to use. I will usually use the on top ( in-between the two big blocks where you type in ) i switch with arrows to start typing i English in left box, and in right box i will choose Japanese language to have it translated to ( before i start typing ) Then, after I write my comment in translator, and it is translated on right side box to Japanese, i will then arrow the blocks (switch hitting arrow) to see how it translated and if it makes sense in Japanese since at times ideas and some words may not translate correctly. I hope this makes sense! LOL! just search "Google Translator" let me know how you do and hope i was able to help you. :-)

Gentaro the cutest gorilla kid. But maybe he was kept away from mom for too long time, so somewhere the bond is broken and mom couldn't completely love him.
I actually thought the same , cause genki treats kintaro much more favorable then gentaro ..
@@dennismccormick7322 Genki breastfeeds Kintaro. She didnt with Gentaro so I think that is the reason their relationship is much different.

Gentaro wurde kurz nach der Geburt von Genki weggenommen, weil er sonst gestorben wäre. Sie hatte kaum Muttermilch.
Er wurde liebevoll über 10 Monate von den Pfleger und Ärzten betreut. Er lag sogar im Brutkasten, sonst wäre er gestorben. 😥
Danach kam er erst zur Mama zurück und Monate später dürfte Momotaro seinen kleinen Sohn auch kennenlernen. 🙂
Diese nötige Wegnahme von Mama hat Gentaro das Leben gerettet, aber eine enge Bindung, die normalerweise besteht zwischen Mama und Baby, wurde unterbrochen und ging verloren. 😔
Deshalb hat es Gentaro nie leicht bei Mama gehabt, wie man im Video so herzzerreissend sehen kann. 😥

Gracelove, こんにちは、桃太郎がモモコの息子（上野動物園）だったのを知りませんでした。桃太郎は息子のGentaroとうまくやっている素晴らしいお父さんのようだ。私はちょうどこの家族を見始めた、彼らは素晴らしいようです。 :-) そのような小さな世界。 :-)
Poor Gentaro, genki just did not have what he needed. And he took it out on her when he saw his brother treated so much better. She is the only female he has ever seen. And she does not play, she does not laugh, she does not relax. She has severe nervous problems and did the best she was able for him considering he was taken from her, not abandoned like so many other captive baby gorillas. But it is sad to see this and other videos. He has done very well.
Gentaro is a mamas boy and she loves him dearly but in a little while she will born a baby boy (Kintaro) and from there on everything goes haywire in the family. Genki won’t let anyone look at or even touch the new baby. It’s several months until Gentaro can come up to Genki and turn his backside to her and Kintaro can beat on his butt. She carries the baby around for 9 months, yeah I said 9 months in her arms. Finally Kintaro gets to put his little feet on the ground and crawl around. He’s a fast learner and he makes up for lost time. Now hw is 13 months old and has a ball of playing and climbing and all his antics are very entertaining to watch. Love little Kintaro, and family.
This behavior of Genki is right and complete normal. You should look at Nene, which carried her son when he was nearly as big as her.
Gorillas are very strong. They could break a baby's skull just by touching it too hard.
And when I think how that perve raped the tiny brother, I have to say Genki better had never allowed Kintaro to walk free, at least not while Pervetaro was around.

If Genki was napping and Kintaro was patting her, hugging her, she would IMMEDIATELY sit up, scoop Kintaro up and hug, pat his back, groom him, etc. So terribly sad for Gentaro-he must feel very alone!! Poor sweet boy!!

But I ask you a question, do you seriously believe that Genki has the power to reason and make Gentaro feel bad? do you really think kintaro acts speculating to make gentaro jealous? do you think they all make a plot to sideline gentaro? do you think gentaro hits genki just to get her attention? they live as they can in an environment that is unnatural. They act the best they can. I think neither member of that family does things to hurt the other, or do you think when gentaro mated with his younger brother he did why is he a sadist? No! It's because he acted like a gorilla, it had nothing to do with love. I think we should look at them for what they are and not how we would like them to be.
@@micanecorso9677 Thank you for your thoughtful comments. And I wanted to give it some serious thought and not give you a knee jerk reply. A number of videos when Gentaro and Kintaro were very young have been reposted recently (I think). I wasn’t a follower of these amazing creatures at that time. So I’ve done some marathon watching recently. What really stuck out to me was the difference in connection Genki has with the boys. Gentaro was only a few days old when he was taken from Genki and was not even presented to her between the bars until I think he was 7-8 months old maybe?? There was extreme caution in Genki’s access and to begin with she couldn’t touch him with more than her fingertips. And she was clearly troubled, anxious, and seemingly angry at hot “having” her baby. And very slowly she gained more access to Gentaro until keepers finally returned him to her. With Kintaro, Genki had him entirely from the start. They establish some alternative ways with feeding him a bottle thru the bars, and as a result Kintaro didn’t loose body temperature and didn’t require the incubator. So his body seemingly hadn’t suffered the major decline Gentaro did. Both boys are clearly recognize and are affectionate toward their respective keeper(s). But I feel that Genki has a closer more intimate bond with Kintaro. She DOES have connection to Gentaro, she can express love and affection toward Gentaro, however, I perceive it as less intense, emotional, excitable as with Kintaro. The difference in her response, reaction, desire, and affection for Gentaro is not a conscious choice, like you or I would make, but rather a product of difference with which Genki had to her babies. She was able to raise Kintaro with the love and care that was never interrupted, the bond never broken. But with Kintaro she took care of him solely for only a few days and didn’t have total access to him until months and months later. Genki experienced various milestones very differently, some milestones she didn’t experience at all wit Gentaro. With Gentaro, we humans decided how, when, and how long we gave her access to HER baby. And with Kintaro, she gave us humans access to Kintaro. So do I believe Genki chooses to be more or less affectionate?? No, however I think the differences in her EXPERIENCE as far as access, feeding, growing, nurturing, and time she had with the boys effected her relationships. Gentaro experienced diapers, but Kintaro never did. So did/does Genki consciously make different choices with regards to affection, defending, assisting, teaching the boys, no. But for Genki and each of the boys, they each had different experiences from birth. So Genki doesn’t knowingly, rationally make the choice to treat them differently?? No, because her experiences, connection, relationship, discipline, journey, etc. was different with each boy. And THAT is what makes her respond differently to the same/similar situation. That’s my hypothesis anyway, but I totally welcome others thoughts and ideas.

Kintaro at 3 1/2 is as big now as gentaro was at 5.kintaro has more muscle though.

Genki was never very nurturing towards Gentero. The zoo shouldn't have kept him away from her for 10 months. It broke that bond between them. But then she's always been a weird mother with emotional problems. She couldn't use Gentero for her sexual urges like she does Kentero. He wouldn't let her. Smart boy.
Poor Genki. She was so very tired, but always was disturbed, by Gentaro, by yelling speakers or people. Un the end she had to walk away. Poor Genki.

Er wollte nur bei Mama sein und auch Mal in den Arm genommen werden. Sie hat ihre Arme vor sich verschränkt, weil sie ihn nicht in den Arm nehmen wollte. Er hat sie kurz vorher umarmt, hat seine Arme auf ihren Rücken gelegt und sich Sorgen um seine Mama gemacht. 😔
Der kleine Gentaro tut mir so leid, wie sie ihn behandelt. Wie kann man ein so niedliches Fellbaby nicht lieb haben? 😥
Nach all den 5 Jahren, wo er wieder bei ihr ist, ist sie fertig. Aha, verstehe! Sie ist noch jung in dem Video und dann nach 5 Jahren von einem kleinen Jungen, der sie über alles liebt, erschöpft? 🤔
Gentaro hat sie nicht "immer wieder" gestört, sondern er hat sich Sorgen um seine Mama gemacht und ging zu ihr hin. Erst hat er an ihr geschnuppert, weil wohl dachte, Mama sei tod. Wie schrecklich muß das für ihn in diesem Moment gewesen sein!? Was hat der Gatte gemacht, als sie da lag und schlief? Nichts.
Sie hat ihre Arme vor sich verschränkt, nicht weil sie nicht wollte, daß er trinkt, sondern weil sie ihn nicht in den Arm nehmen wollte!
Hör bitte auf, deinen Hass wie Gift auf einen liebenswerten kleinen Gorilla Jungen zu spritzen und ihn auf YT zu verteilen. Dieser Hass ist unnormal. Was hat Gentaro dir angetan, daß du ihn so haßt? 😒
