- Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

I have never in my life seen a trial with so many breaks, off days and short days like this trial. At this rate this trial will take 3 years
They were told to turn in their final witness list ...judge has it ....half of these individuals were not on it ...then for her to say that they are still working their case?! WTH?! Again, the final list is just that ...FINAL!! I could give them credit for a couple ....but this is going way too far! Good ole' Fani teaching her students right, huh?! Maybe it's not too far-fetched that this judge and prosecution is playing dirty considering all that is happening in that courthouse at the moment 🤔🤔🤔
At some point the judge has got to gain control over the trial instead of allowing the State to continue doing as they please , adding 10 more witnesses is crazy and totally ignoring his order AGAIN smh this trial will be a disaster for the appellate court the district attorneys office should be disciplined for wasting the tax payers $
Too me it sounds like the co defendants were forced to sign pleas abd if they dont give the prosecutor what they want then theyre gonna attack them . The prosecutor is assuming they will need to impeach their witness . Doesnt sond like a freely and voluntarily signed plea to me

Fulton County was reported to have a cyber attack and I also read one of the defendants was sick. It's going to be one delay after another. Jurors are definitely going to start dropping off.
