I love watching you two. You are definitely my favorites on HGTV. You are so good to each other and your kids. I love how you interact with the people you work for. You treat everyone with respect which is so different than most of the other shows. I also love your style. It is so ME. I have not seen you do a house that I did wish was mine when it was done. My favorite exterior was the house with the big wrap porch on 3 sides. I was really growing weary of the rudeness toward the customers and even between celebs: ie: talking behind customers' back, etc. I had greatly reduced how much I watched before you came on. You are like a breath of fresh air. You are my kind of people (old school?) not like the typical of today. The country would be much better off if everyone on TV and at home acted like the two of you. I also love all the surprises, pranks and jokes. It all makes for a great show. Tell the producers to find more people like you and your family. Wishing you many years on television.
Linda Adams I couldn't agree more with your comments about not liking how people treat one another on many other shows. I find myself keeping these shows on in the background during the day while I'm busy because I really like the tone it sets, unlike the many other smart alecky TV shows.
You have such good taste, I could totally do a Magnolia home, from top to bottom .. I TOO could watch this show every day, also my favorite show , since Country Style !
Chris Robinson I've been watching it every day -- on Netflix! Lol. At least until Jan. 1, boo hoo. Can't handle the tone set on all other tv shows. So negative and soulless.
LoVE LoVE Fixer Upper! My favorite by far on HGTV. BETWEEN THEM AND the Animal Planet, I just swap channels back and forth! Lol I wish Sooooo much I could move to ,Waco just so I could find a Fixer Upper!
would love to see all these spaces finished ... would you please consider revisiting these rooms for us Joanna so we can see how wonderfully it all turned out?
Lisa Maree if you watch the Fixer Upper show featuring the renovation of the bed and breakfast you can see rooms that were modeled after the ones in their farmhouse. Especially the girls' bedroom, etc.

I'd love to move to Waco and have a way more simpler life. It's just too short chasing around jobs, money, etc just to buy more stuff and compete with the Jones'. I just don't see how they have the time to build all these renow's, but they always turn out awesome.
I just saw your show on hgtv. I really like it. Although I'm not a big fan of Waco(houston guy here) Haha but I can't wait to see more episodes I really like the remodeling of fixer uppers.
