There is a large population of Ukranian people in Saskatchewan as it was one of the most popular places for Ukrainian immigrants to move to 100 years ago. Russians, too. I'm assuming you saw a Ukrainian flag somewhere in the video and aren't talking about the actual Saskatchewan flag.
I thought these are Ukrainian flags on both sides of the bridge at the beginning, but checked and see it is a Regina flag. Very similar. Deserted streets, just one bozo walking.

Regina does have it's bad sections of town just like any other city in western Canada! Outside of north Central or the Hood as we say in Regina. Crime is No worse than any other city in western Canada... There is an old saying! If you don't know what you are talking about. Keep your mouth shut! You obviously were never taught that valuable lesson.

I visited this city and spent 6 months here because of work. It is a very boring and limited city and very cold in the winter. There is a lot of snow. Also, the crime rate is very high. There are a lot of drug addicts and homeless people in the streets.
